What's happening to this location? I uninstalled the app due to the poor customer service and frequent errors upon pickup, and this time I craved a sundae and came home with one of our sundaes with flies! We only live across the street and I just too tired to drive back and give it back to them. What a waste, sadly.

I was trying to get some napkins from the drive thru because I needed some for my car but this guy there in the drive thru said he couldn’t give me more (gave me about 5 napkins) and then got angry that i asked again for more, cussed at me in spanish and slammed the window on me. I stayed outside and waited because I still needed my order and what not, some lady gave me 3 more and said they have a limit for how many napkins they could give out?? Never heard of this rule. This was very unprofessional and rude, if i need napkins it’s not that hard to give out napkins they are right infront of you. m

Came here on a lunch break , the fries were cold and the quarter pounder tasted like it was loaded with salt . I asked for a small bag , so I could take it home. I was told I'd have to pay for a bag. I refused and left leaving the food behind. McDonald's isn't like it used to be. You can't even refill your foundation drinks anymore. I'd definitely never come here again. The lady taking orders had more hair on her chin then me. I'm a nice guy so I didn't embarrass her. My reviews are always honest. Have a good day.

Every time I go here, I wait more that 10 minutes. Especially if I order from the app. There are never enough people to staff this place. I can’t even get McDonald’s delivery because this is the store in my area and it always takes forever.
The owner needs to sell this place to someone who can spend the money to staff correctly. Their broke ass is keeping customers from actually getting decent service.

If I could even get my food, it would be good. But if the staff wants to stand there on there phones and brush me away before I can even order, just to go back to watching their phones is just embarrassing. I would love to like somewhere new, but this is just not a good way to treat people who have a 50$ bill in hand wanting to pay for his group of 8.

Honestly the attitude of the staff here is always so disrespectful I get a 4 piece chicken nugget with a large coke it's 5.98 and for some reason I occasionally get handed a small while still being charged 5.98 and when I correct them the window staff (this time a Latino woman with blonde highlights) always argue and tell me it's more and are so rude. The staff is just short of throwing the food into my car half the time despite the fact that I'm actively trying to be nice to them cause I get that food service sucks. I'm a regular because I work near by and this is just constantly disappointing in behavior. They get paid better than most of my employees
So went through the drive through and the guy who took my card didn’t look me in the eye and mumbled something unintelligible and just held his hand out for the card. They charged me for the wrong food and then they were complete jerks to me for having to do the refund.
