I saw a .25 cent bag fee, and ask when that started and was told for 3 years. I know plastic bag fee are 10 cents. I think iI was lied too!

Ordered at drive thru and they took my order down wrong, and I didnt notice until after I had already paid. Mentioned it and got attitude from worker. Why would I ask for a large combo but get a medium drink? Doesnt make any sense. Doesnt hapen that often and ha always had friendly enough staff to give me a large drink anyways without any fuss, but not this store. Plus, they couldnt even give me what I asked for anyways. First and last time going here.

The food from this location is usually fine and I don’t have too many errors with my orders, but the customer service has been poor. The past two mornings I’ve gone to this location, the male worker in the drive through refuses to give me my receipt. At first I shrugged my shoulders and said okay when he never opened the window again. He did it again today and just walked away and then the workers at the other window waved me to come get my food. Same worker in driver through both times. It’s very odd.

Not cool that they slid in a $0.25 bag fee without saying anything. I asked and got a weird explanation about needing the bag. Just be straight with people. Transparency goes a long way.

I have been about 4 times now, and this location has continual issues. I will no longer be patronizing this location. They are often out of menu items, and my order through the drive through has been wrong and missing things more often than not.

I went into this McDonalds this evening, waited at the counter to be looked at and not helped by one male employee. Guess if I don’t use the Kiosk I don’t get service. lol the pay the employees make and I have to do everything myself or not be helped. I’ve noticed this is the new at all McDonald’s since the Kiosk has been installed. The cost and all I hope you all go out of business. Such bad customer service for the pay the employees make. Took my business elsewhere.

new guy rang my 6 dollar meal separate and i had to pay 16 dollars?? Because he said he couldn’t find it so he did that instead. ridiculous.

I guess not many people will leave a review when everything goes right, but I've ordered from this McDonald's about 50 times and they have a very high rate of getting my order perfect. Only two of those fifty times has anything been off at all, one being that I ordered both a double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger and they both came as single, which was fixed within sixty seconds of me giving it back to them, and the other time being that I had ordered a cheeseburger minus the pickles and mustard and added mayo and they forgot the mayo, also fixed within sixty seconds of me giving it back to them. Every other time it has been 100% perfect, even with very customized orders. I find that to be a very high success rate compared to other McDonald's. This is actually a really good McDonald's despite what most of the reviews seem to look like, but I guess why would anyone leave a review when everything is right...

Sat in one line for 10 minutes after being told I would get service momentarily. Watched 3 cars go through the alternative line in that time frame (each of which arrivedafter me). I moved to the other line then watched a car enter my initial line to get immediate service. I called to discuss the issue and was hung up on repeatedly.

Manager orders employees to be disrespectful to doordash driver. Shame on the managers. Shame on the employees for complying with an evil order. Treat doordash drivers like customers or consider closing your doors permanently. It's obvious you hate doordash drivers. Absolute jerks that detest doing business with. Terrible McDonald's.

Arrived early for a #2. Got the AI message. Responded no. Sat in silence for a good minute. Another car pulled up. They got their order in. And moved on. I asked hello? No response. Another car pulls up in the other lane. Gets attended to before I do. Nobody likes being ignored. Especially when youre at the front of the line. Terrible service. I drove away. Sit and wait at your own risk.
