In my opinion, the purpose of a bag charge is to discourage people from using bags. Less litter (especially plastic). So, if you are going to start charging $0.25 for a bag, you need to give the option of not taking a bag. I ordered one item, so definitely no need for a bag. I saw the $0.25 bag charge attached to my order and told them I did not need a bag. I was told it was mandatory. What a pitiful little way to start charging more, without the improvement the charge was meant for.

Using those kiosks at McDonald's is just a hassle. That nobody should have to deal with. Trying to get someone up to the front Register to take your order is nearly impossible.

The food tastes just like a fast food restaurant hamburger. However, I was impressed that all the staff were friendly and the interior was kept clean with no trash on the floor. I felt safe even when I went out in the evening with my kids.

Arrogant and stupid people half an hour waiting for my order and when I ask for it they get angry and there were also two people who were waiting before me because their orders were given to other people. I got angry and I got out better. I preferred to lose my money than to be looking at the lack of professionalism of the manager.
Was told to pull up to bay one while they prep my food. Prior I asked them to put honey mustard in my order and usually every mcdanks I go to forgets when I'm waiting on the bay. But not this location or at least the crew working today. It's the little things that matter!

I almost never feel welcome when I come to this McDonald’s. Only come to this one because I don’t have a closer one. The food is either total garbage or the service is abysmal. It’s never been good and the staff is almost always extremely disrespectful and rude. My very simple order is always messed up and no apologies from staff to do better next time
