I absolutely love this place and specifically this location in Louisville. The people that work here are top notch too. Everyone has great customer service. They even get to know you on a name to name basis. Talk about making a person feel at home. Thanks to all the employees and team leaders running this location.

I visited this location 3/29/2024 at 2:00pm. The service was extremely poor. I felt extreme discrimination by the man in all brown as well as the man with blue hair. I thought the vibe would be cool. I told my co worker it's great pizza and vibe in Colorado Springs. After are meeting we decided to stop. Unfortunately it was not anything like COS location. Dirty windows and floors and just flat out rude unprofessional staff. Was not greeted in any manner whatsoever. I was glared at like I was not wanted or welcomed. There is no reason for hate it's sad how bad people discriminate today. I hope this behavior is not something that MOD pizza allows. If so I ask all my LGBTQIA+ family to avoid this company. Thank you for your time

Had a great lunch. We were able to order gluten free and as vegan as we wanted. No fuss. I got the plant based pepperoni and loved it. The folks who work here are pleasant and efficient. I'd prefer the tables were spread out more but I've eaten here at slow times, I don't know how busy it gets. Nice lunch!Dietary restrictions: Needed one gluten free. That works just fine here.

Ordering process can be a bit “disheveled?” They should update their process around adding after bake options, half the time you’ll forget it’s an option, and the other half you’ll forget to ask because the sign for it is at the start of the ordering line.Overall phenomenal pizza place, but the ordering process just feels a little disorganized compared to other build-your-own places.Vegetarian options: It’s pizza….if you don’t want meat on it just don’t ask for it.They do have a vegetarian meat options

I have to give a special shout-out to Travis, the master pizza craftsman, who created my pie precisely to my liking.The restaurant exudes a clean and artistic ambiance, which adds to the overall experience.
