Earlier today, my order was accidentally taken by a delivery driver. The team immediately apologized (even though it wasn't remotely their fault) and jumped into remaking my order. No fuss, no questions asked. Just great customer service. And the order made my wife's morning.

Tried this place out on my commute to work and was pretty disappointed. For a $5 bagel w/ cream cheese this is not worth the price. The bagel itself was alright, nothing to hate on, but the plain cream cheese was not good. It had a texture similar to ricotta cheese, and there was just something off about it. Probably won’t be having again.

Great casual breakfast and lunch spot with really good bagels and cream cheese plus other sandwich choices. Good deli style options for lunch like chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad as well.

This place has also gone downhill over the years. Pick up times are always incorrect, plan on 15 minutes extra on top of that. You’re not gonna get what you pay for. A burrito is supposed to weigh 446 grams and they serve you with 388 grams. Not worth paying 10. when getting ripped off. Not coming back and advise everyone to go to Loco Hermanos.

50/50 shot if the everything (italian) bagels have true everything seasoning blend on them or just sesame and poppy.
