We will not return to this location.There were was a 2-3" chunk of paper towel in my pizza. (didn't order that topping)Ordered no onion on top & got plenty.The guy making the food had his mask down and kept scratching his head with his gloves on and continuing to make people's food.At least I only had paper towels in my pizza, I feel bad for whoever gets his shaggy curly hair in their's.The other guy at the cash register was quite friendly and seemed to know his job very well.Visited 11/30/2021 @3:30pm.

If your gonna close at 745 , you really should post 745 not 800...people drive to your store to get a pizza at 750 and they are all cleaned up ready to go home..please if your not gonna be open at 8 please dont post that you are!!!!

Slowest papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff all seem stoned and unaware of what time is. Went to order and was told a common menu item was not available but was not told why. Would recommend another location.

I never review, however, seeing some negative reviews for Papa Murphy in Louisville CO made me have to write one. I love this place! We have never had a bad pizza or poor service here...just last night I picked up a great Combo with TONS of toppings and, right now, I am eating a leftover piece COLD for breakfast...YUM!! Was one of our families go to places for a very long time. The last couple times the customer service was all but nothing. This last time. Ordered salads had to return them due to the lettuce being very brown and slimy. Horrible very very sad to say don't think we will be returning.
Usually good and the family 3 pizza deal is awesome. Last time they really dropped the ball on the crust though. Ordering online is great.

We ordered from this location because it was closer to us. I wish I would not have. I ordered a 5 meat pizza the family size and there is hardly any meat. Let’s not forget that they completely forgot the ground beef. I called to speak with a manager but there wasn’t one. It didn’t seem like they were concerned with why I was calling or wanting to take a message. Doesn’t seem like the kids working there care too much. I will not be back to this location. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

What happened? We've been getting pizza at Louisville Papa Murphy's at least once a week. It used to be very good, with a generous amount of fresh toppings. The last few pizza's we ordered had tiny amounts of toppings and cheese. Recently they even made the wrong pizza, and knew it was the wrong pizza, but put it out for us to pick up anyway. To offset the reduced toppings, we ordered extra toppings on our last pizza, but it came like a cracker with a little bit of cheese and a few scattered toppings - even less than what used to be their regular topping amount.
