Went for the first time last night and was very disappointed. Waited 30 minutes before we got our drinks. After an hour of waiting for our meal, we went to complain to the host stand. We hadn’t seen our waitress for over 30 minutes, even at other tables. I can understand being busy, but multiple tables who came in after us had already received their food. When our food was eventually brought out, the waitress asked if we wanted cheese and pepper, which we said yes. She dropped off what looked like a Pizza Hut jar of cheese. I would think at these prices, and being called a mozzarella bar, cheese wouldn’t be served in this. Another employee asked if everything was ok from our food, and we asked about the pepper. Our waitress later brought the pepper over, and instead of apologizing, she was more argumentative about it. We ordered the bruschetta which was basically the free bread with diced tomatoes on top. I really enjoyed the main dish, but woke up sick from it. They tried to compensate the terrible service with a free desert and an excuse that the computers went down. Definitely would not recommend to anyone or wouldn’t go back even if it was free

Suuuuuuuuuper slow service. After order for 4 was taken, our main course took over 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen on a Wednesday night that was not busy. Our waitress disappeared and the lady that sat us was very unapologetic about the delay even though we asked her twice what was taking so long. Total fail, experience was completely ruined before the food even came out. We won't be back. Food was ok, not even close to spectacular enough to offset the total lack of service.

I asked my server to surprise me, and she served me their famous chicken parmesan. It was absolutely fantastic!!! The side of alfredo that I got with it was also spectacular!Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free pizza was a huge success in our group!

Wow. What a shame. I came here back in September and had lunch. It was pricey but the food and service was good. Not so much tonight. Service for us was extremely slow. We had to ask several times for refills and for our salad. While everyone around us was getting their main courses we sat and waited. Even the calamari took longer to come out than other tables. Smh.When the food finally came out it was just average. The chicken Parmesan was overly smothered with cheese but it wasn't good cheese. My partner removed most of it to the side as a gelatinous pile of mush and left half the penne Alfredo. The linguine vongole (linguine with clams) was pretty good. However after eating several forkfuls of grit, I was not impressed. Oh and who chops up their linguine noodles in 2 inch pieces? Very strange. The bread was decent, but the calamari was rather mushy. We left full but I think this is my last visit. I was really excited to get my partner to try a new place but I'm truly disappointed in my $90 meal.

The food was the best Italian food I've had in Colorado! Although you definitely need to make a reservation since it gets busy. Food is amazing but it's not a nice and quiet dinner place haha!

Parma is absolutely the best restaurant in Louisville, the valdostana is definitely my favorite thing on the menu. Service and staff always go above and beyond. I would recommend Parma to anyone in town!

Took my family out to dinner and we were wildly blown away by the food and the spectacular service. Our server Payton recommended the Valdostana, it was incredibly prepared and absolutely wonderful! The rest of my family's meals were all equally as amazing. Payton was incredibly attentive and was very accommodating and patient, she blew our expectations completely out of the water. She was very bright, positive, and generous. It felt as if she genuinely cared about our entire dining experience. We will definitely be returning and if it was an option we would be giving significantly more than 5 stars. Thank you Payton for your wonderful demeanor you really completed the experience for all of us!
