Great product but I hate how you run this business. It's ironic that you send marketing emails on days you are not open. Also, and I don't think I'm overstating this, it's a crime against humanity you're closed on the hottest day of the year (Aug. 22, 2023)

I love the punch buggy! Getting a shave ice from here is always a fun summer treat! The flavors are good and the variety of toppings is even better! I always get a snow cap which might sound weird but is so yummy!I look forward to summer when they open up and am bummed when they close for winter.

Definitely a fan of this. I like how it's a finer consistency than many other shaved ices. Ordered a medium with lemon, strawberry, and watermelon. I liked all of the flavors, especially strawberry and watermelon, and the size was decent. Biggest downfall was that the syrup didn't reach all of the ice, so there were quite a few scoops with little flavor.
