Been here a couple times. The thin crust sausage pizza reminds me of some thin crust pizzas back in Chicago so for something in Colorado it is nice!
Did order delivery when they were very busy. Called and they did explain they only had one driver at the moment. Even though it arrived a bit late. They sent a pizza on the house which was nice and it was all fresh!
Will note though. Pizza is good but avoid the Italian beef.

I’ve been going here for about a year and the pizza was excellent…..until my most recent visit. It used to be $6 for a large slice and soda. But, out of nowhere they raised the price to $8.25, the slice was half the size and the pizza was completely inedible. Not really sure what caused such a change in quality but i’m really bummed because I looked forward to my lunch break and grabbing a quick slice. Sorry to say I won’t be going back.

Since the change in management, the quality and service at this establishment have plummeted.
Our most recent experience was nothing short of a disaster.
We placed a delivery order that never arrived. After several failed attempts to reach the restaurant by phone, I went there in person at 6:35 PM, only to find six other frustrated customers inside—some waiting over an hour, others never receiving their food at all. One man, visibly upset, walked out, telling them to keep his money.
There was no apology, just excuses about being understaffed on a Saturday night, with no manager on duty and a driver who failed to show up. Despite prepaying for our order, I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes for two pizzas.
This kind of disorganized, disrespectful service is not what will help them succeed in a small town.
We will not be returning, and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere—there are plenty of other places that treat their customers far better.

Ordered online, expected pickup at 6:30 - 1 hour wait. System said it was ready, wife left to pickup, was not ready until 7:30 pm, then when picked up it was actually cold. My understanding is that there is a new owner here - no owner around.
Guess that’s our last time. Too bad.

Online ordering was straight forward and easy going - order was takeaway to sup at home and everything was amazing from appies to the pizza pie. Great value and quality/portion sizes on point. Highly recommend!

Our family loves the pizza, so we were very excited to take advantage of the special pricing on October 15th. I showed up 10 minutes after the pick up time and was told by the staff person that it was not ready, and would be about 15 minutes. Others were waiting too. I returned 25 minutes later to a group of people waiting, the phone ringing and the same staff person literally running around between the kitchen, ovens, phone and counter. This person was alone. Rosati's, for the safety of your staff and the quality of your customer service, please staff your business appropriately. Your employees do not deserve to be in this position. It's unfair and unsafe.

When I get the wings, they are always delicious. I especially enjoy the garlic-parm dressing. Their pasta are good too.
