Great Mexican food in Relish food hall. Incredibly nice service and the nachos I got were amazing. I got to try all the proteins and all were delicious. I went the house marinated pork. The homemade salsa bar made them even better, especially loved the Diablo sauce. Also had a really good hibiscus tea. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

It was okay. It’s worth calling out this is inside a food hall. It’s a chipotle style set up, where they combine the already cooked meats, toppings, etc into your taco or burrito once ordered. We got a burrito and carnitas taco and the food was a little lack luster and bland. It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t worth the all 5 star reviews.

Located inside Relish, Javier was extremely helpful when helping me order. Extremely informative and patient with me. The service was great and the salsa bar was spotless. Each salsa i had was amazing and made with care. My agua fresca had the perfect amount of sugar without going overboard . Highly recommend this place.
Hands down one of the best Mexican food spots around! Sabor y Salsa blew me away. The flavors are bold, fresh, and clearly made with love — especially the salsa, which I found out is handcrafted by the owner’s mom (you have to try the roasted one). I had the street tacos and a bowl with carne asada, and everything tasted like it came straight off the grill — because it did!
The ingredients are high quality, portions are generous, and the service is friendly and welcoming. You can tell this is a family-run spot with heart. Whether you’re just grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a full meal, Sabor y Salsa is a gem. Highly recommend! Ask for Xavier, he is awesome!!
