Nagging about tips can’t even bother to hand over a cup for drinks

UPDATE: Outside of the reply to this review the owner never follow up, never actually apologized, and took over a week to refund me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long while. It’s too bad my family liked the food here.
Ordered online was given a pickup time order was marked as complete. I showed up and was told it would be another 20 mins. They don’t care about people’s time and are fudging the numbers.

Euan helped me at the register and made my shake. Evan was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Food was great! I got the Colorado big dogs. Please make them permanent, not limited time. I had tons of green chillies on the dogs. They were very satisfying. The Oreo shake was good as well. If you like it thicker, just ask. I forgot to ask for thicker this time. Everyone here was very pleasant. I had great service here! Kudos to the team here! I will be back.

Went in for a remake and was given a hard cheese cup and soggy fries after waiting fifteen minutes for the order and was told they were waiting on the cheese. Looks like the cheese as been waiting too long. Fries soggy and not even filled up the container. Could have cooked three order of fries for as long as I was waiting for food that sucks.
