Mt. Fuji Hibachi & Sushi

There was no wait when we arrived as a party of 2 and were seated at a table with another small party. Our server seemed new and couldn't answer our questions about the menu, but he was attentive throughout the meal. Our chef was David, he was very engaging and enthusiastic and our food was cooked very well. My only complaint for our meal was that the chicken was a bit tough and overcooked, but outside of that everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. 👌

We loved this place. I'd never been to a Hitachi restaurant before so didn't know what to expect. The service was very slick, the Hibachi chef was excellent and very entertaining. The grandchildren loved it as did we. And the food was absolutely delicious, such tender steak and so beautifully cooked. We'll definitely try to go again next time we're in Boulder.

The food was wonderful. We took our four children, and our server was amazing and so attentive! The atmosphere is great - there were a Couple of kids birthdays going on and the hibachi workers were so wonderful with them! Lots of laughs and it was a great experience

We love this place. We come often. Probably too often haha! Tommy or Pancho are the best chef's!!! Like seriously, they are amazing! Ask for either of them, and they will not disappoint!

It was incredible! This was my first ever hibachi experience and David was so attentive to every detail and knew what to recommend with our entree. I highly recommend this hibachi restaurant!

Nice wide open space with a large parking lot. Very quick service and I love that they have rolls with no rice and a decent selection of baked or deep fried rolls UPDATE: After my review I ordered Maguro Sashimi and got 3 very gray and very fishy tasting pieces. My ultimate test is if I have to add soy sauce and wasabi, then the fish is not fresh. Yes I had to do exactly that in order to eat it.
