I usually stop by and get phenomenal customer service (Great Clips stylist here). I stopped by this morning to grab drinks for my manager and I and received nothing but attitude about it. No, I was not aware that y'all were out of whipped cream throughout the store and no, I did not need attitude about me asking for the second beverage that I paid for

My friend tries to order drinks for a group of our friends outside since it’s a nice day. We searched a Starbucks close by that’s inside Kingsoopers. I was waiting for him. He went in to order. Since his English isn’t amazing, we wrote down what we need on a piece of paper. Few mins later, he came out disappointed. He said the person refused the service by saying most things on the paper is out, he should go else where because it’s not fair for other customers to wait. My friend came back and told me this and I decide to leave a comment. In my opinion I totally understand it takes a long time to make drinks, but just because it’s one person ordering more drinks doesn’t mean by we are not customers. At the same time we were not in a rush, my friend could have wait for the drinks if there’s other people in line for them to get service during. I understand businesses are hard right now with the lack of customers. We are not saying we need to have what we want because we have money. I only want to leave this here to let Starbucks know or somebody that’s higher than that person to understand what kind of service customers are getting. I totally disagree the way we had been treated. We went else where, not a big deal. But this is not okay at all. I’m thankful I have a job right now, if someone isn’t appreciating their job, they don’t deserve it! #justsaying

Too expensive and I don't like Seattle style coffee and their business practices don't meet my standards of "not an evil corporation" but I'm a socialist who likes European coffee and paying a livable wage so my opinion probably isn't gonna count to people who already like Starbucks and were gonna eat here anyway.

Located in the King Scoopers. Normally I always rate Starbucks highly but unfortunately this Starbucks had a very rude employee who would actually shout at us! We all had mask on due to Covid so it was hard to hear them talk behind the glass and they didn't have the condiment bar with creamers etc out like normal. I asked for honey for the tea we ordered and she bitched me out. As we were waiting for our order which took forever because she was so slow she told us we needed to move away and not stand nearby even though we were all waiting on our drinks. She actually would yell at us if we got anywhere near the counter even when trying to get our drinks. We were all looking at each other in shock at how she was acting. Management needs to review her actions because no one has to use that Starbucks and they will lose business if she continues treating customers the way she did

Not sure how to rate this Starbucks. The employee was friendly and the coffee was great, but it took so long to get my order. There was only one employee working both the register and making the coffee. They really needed a second person to help him out, especially since it was during the morning rush!
