Their doors said they were open and Google said they were open til 5. We get there 10 mins til close and no one is around. Then another customer who was also waiting notified the worker that he had customers waiting and he rudely said sorry we actually close at 430 and you guys shouldn’t even be in here right now because we are deep cleaning.

Delicious burrito, excellent coffee and kind staff — all in an eclectic coffee shop with welcoming indoor and outdoor seating, a true neighborhood coffee shop :)

Delicious pastry and coffee. I want to come back for lunch. Bike ride with friends. Good bike parking, big outdoor patio.

We stopped in to take out some pastries for lunch and a dessert for dinner. The service was kind but highly distracted (they were more interested in each other than in us). The lamination in the croissants is fabulous and the filling in the danishes shows a delightful and tasty self-restraint on sweetness. No fault of the establishment, but by 1pm, pastries were a little stale. Probably better to come first thing in the day.

Nice. Easy. And friendly. Their decaf espresso is delicious and nutty. And a great place to leave with a biscotti and coffee for under $4. Maybe the only place.

Yes, thank you. Worth every visit. Their roasted coffees are good. Sandwiches are good. Service is good. Seating is a little tight inside, but the often mild weather usually means you can sit outside.

I order a special soy mocha and drive all the way from Longmont to get it from Bittersweet because it is the best I have found!

My daughter and I ate here today. We both loved the iced teas and her panini was good. My BLT was the most mediocre I've ever had. It was towards the end of the day (2:30) but there was hardly any ingredients in the sandwich at all. Almost no spinach, one slice of tomato and maybe two pieces of bacon. And while I'm not much for a lot of mayonnaise, this sandwich more or less had none. We will try the place again and I'll order something else.

Very nice place right in downtown Louisville. I had an Americano, Mt friends had Chai Tea. Both were quite tasty. Plenty of outside seating either on the patio, or in front. Nice, relaxing areas to talk and enjoy your choice of beverage. Stop by and enjoy a cup!
