Absolutely loved it. Took my girlfriend here to celebrate our 6 month anniversary. Neither of us had been to Via Toscana before and we were both blown away. From the outside it doesn't look like much. But once you get to the door and a step inside you know you are in for a treat! Can't say enough good things. Awesome experience. Will be coming back

Came here for our 39th Wedding Anniversary. First time here. Our daughter and son in law gave us a gift card. Our Cocktails were very good. Manhattan for me and Lemon drop Martini for wife. Ordered Caprese Salad and Beet Gnocchi as appetizers. My Toscan filet and Shrimp was delicious. Our server was fantastic. Responsive and answered our questions. Whole staff was great. We will be back again.

The food was good and the ambience in the main dining seemed to be better but we were stuck in a very back room that was closed in. Bread took at least 15 min and no additional drinks other than water for 20-25.

Via Toscana is a gem. It's situated in a strip mall and doesn't look fancy from the outside. The tables inside are grouped in several different rooms, allowing a more quiet and cozy environment. I can only speak about the meals we ordered, but they were fixed perfectly! I had salmon with pesto risotto and my husband had the linguine with spicy sausage marinara sauce. We were completely impressed. Our servers checked on us frequently - every little detail was attended to. We will definitely be back!

We went and had the Mussels in White wine sauce appetizer, all I can say is Yuuuuummmmm! For dinner the wife and I had the Filleto Toscana. The steak on this dish is amazing paired with shrimp and asparagus totally worth the price. We will be going back real soon.

We had an excellent meal at Via Toscana! It was our first time and we had a great time. Lauren, our server, was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, personable, professional, and efficient. The cocktails, the fresh baked bread with olive oil, and the salads were wonderful. Each of our pasta dishes was delicious . Our thanks to Lauren, the staff, and the chef for a fantastic dining experience.

The food and service are fantastic and the means are very reasonable. This is my favorite restaurant in the area I would highly recommend Via Toscana!
Several of the dishes we ordered including the garlic bread, were fairly average and not worth the price tag. The piccata dish and especially the risotto was bland. The salmon risotto however was quite good but needed a side veggie. The tiramisu was excellent and our server was sweet and attentive. Overall a nice place to dine

Hands down the best Italian Restaurant I've been to in CO. We had Lauren as our server and she was so attentive, kind and just such a lovely person.
