The atmosphere was great, and the service was amazing BUT the food was incredibly average, the scampi dish was not very flavorful and the Manicotti was cold in the middle, genuinely felt like the food could have been frozen and then heated up! Again wonderful ambiance and service but the food is mid.

Such a very pleasant surprise to find such an exquisite Italian Restaurant hiden in a stripmall in Louisville CO! I heard some recomendations from friends that suggested we visit this hidden gem. I was so happy that I did. we chose to sit at the bar becuase the dining room felt busy, besides I always find that you get bettter service. we were not disapointed. Our Barteneder Trace was attentive and handsome! My girl and I loved the rare Tequila's and Whiskeys, I even enjoyed the Italian Lager. The food including the bread was the best Italian fare Ive had in Colorado!

Service was great. Caesar salad, brussel sprouts, and olives were excellent. Style of bread was slightly underbaked. Paparadelle Bolognese and Salmon Caprese were decent. I would go back if a friend really wanted to go, but there are a lot of better options available.

This was the first time eating at Via Toscana. We were celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday. I made reservations a few days ahead. Everything was perfect! The celebration, company, food, service and waiting staff and finally the dessert!! Will def return. Thanks so much for making this evening a memorable one!

Via Toscana has been one of my favorite restaurants for at least 25 years. I love the decor and ambiance. Their menu is quite varied and reasonably priced. You can have an outstanding meal without breaking the bank. I love this place and will keep coming back!

I have been going here for years. Great atmosphere, solid service, great food. Nice place for a date night or a casual night out with the family. Best Italian restaurant in the Louisville area.
Via Toscana is a fabulous place to eat. The food and the service are outstanding. Our waiter, Matthew, was amazing. We can't wait to go there again to try some of the other items on the menu.

Food was awesome! Chicken piccata was crispy and sauce was delicious, and Risotto was incredible. Chicken Saltimbocca was wonderful, a twist on Masala with the Pancetta. The wines were also great. A great local gem!!
Very unimpressed by the food. Too much sauce on my Puttanesca and the shrimp was overcooked. The Tiramisu looked like a small pile of whipped cream on a plate. It was the furthest thing from Tiramisu I've ever seen and tasted.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The hostess was so gracious when I asked for a specific seating option and “showed” me an option before seating me to ensure I liked it. The food, drinks, and desserts all exceeded my expectations. The pricing is so reasonable. We will be back again!
