Mike, the bartender, was outstanding friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He kept drinks flowing without ever being pushy. The music themed atmosphere is a great touch, and the entire staff is warm and upbeat. The food is excellent served hot, prepared quickly, and reliably high quality. Seating is efficient, and there’s rarely any wait for either a table or food.

Cool atmosphere and good service but the food was very disappointing. The stir fry bowl was tiny and barely edible. It was a small portion with a fee veggies drenched in a soupy sauce that did not taste good at all. The tofu was bland and was only a few small pieces (for $5 extra).
The nachos were fine but very basic, like you would make at home. At leadt the Santa Fe salad was a good portion and looked tasty.

A lively atmosphere with terrific rock memorbilia adorning the walls and a fantastic roof deck on sunny days for drinks and eats. I live the happy hour aka Cash Hour ...as in Johnny.

Just to be clear, this place is a country bar and not a british pub (unlike the name and logo would suggest). Just a weird vibe. The bartender (owner?) was rude and condescending. Don't order the brussels sprouts unless you want to get overcharged for food poisoning.

I came here for a friend’s party and had such a great time! The atmosphere at The Waterloo is awesome—lively, fun, and welcoming. I ordered drinks and the best fried okra ever, while my friend had a burger that was absolutely delicious. The staff was fantastic—friendly and attentive the whole night. This is definitely a great spot in Louisville for food, drinks, and a good time. I’ll be back for sure!

We met Atman at a concert and had to try out the restaurant . The patio upstairs was lovely. We had excellent service and enjoyed the Fuego burger and brunch enchiladas for lunch. Great music playing and loved the decor, would love to come back to see live music sometime next time we’re in the area
Rooftop dinning, great atmosphere with plants and outdoor string of lights

I love this local place ! This atmosphere was very cool. Fun music, great decor and a welcoming lay out. The prices were very reasonable and they had plenty of options. I enjoyed the black and blue burger and my girlfriend really liked her meal too she had the pastrami sandwich. We also got the chips and dip app with fresh guacamole queso and salsa ! All very pleasant. The drinks were fun and creative as well. We had a blueberry habanero marg and a fresh take on an old fashioned. Overall I really enjoyed this restaurant and will be back !!

Service was delayed but staff were polite, and I'm always impressed when the kitchen manages to remember that I don't want onions! (It's usually a 50/50 chance I'll have to send something back). On the pricier side for what we had (tacos and a stir fry for $45) but generally a good experience.
