Chocolate shake was watery the beer was flat the fish was to salty. But the sever was awesome she made us laugh and she was on top of her job Rozio made out dinning pleasurable. I would recommend to go there just for the service alone.

I was meeting a friend for lunch, we bought 2 for $25.00 each. We were there for about 2 hours, just chilling. Wasn't crowded. The food was excellent. Our server was admazing.

My “double,” Jim Beam and Coke, tasted like flat/watered down, Coke, at best. The server, was nice. The food, just didn’t look appetizing. Maybe, next time???

My family of 5 came for their endless wings, shrimp and riblets that we saw online that was supposed to be going on. We were told they were out of shrimp which was fine, but we were always waiting for food even if we put an oder in when they brought food?!?! Without food waiting multiple times was a nightmare. Not cool. My boys were hungry! The waitress kept having someone else vting the food. They also would not put 2 orders in at a time so it was horrible. We were served a full plate the first time but after waiting forever again for the next serving, we got literally 3 peices of chicken on each plate. My boys were shocked like wow thats a bite now we have to wait again??? I was so disappointed. Waste of 94.00 dollars!!! The time we went before this was completely different. Way better waitress that was on top of EVERYTHING. We wont be going back here. And it would be nice to get a refund too. Please reach out to get me my money back, I have it on a bank statement, thank you.

I’ve got the most disgusting burger ever at this Applebee’s. It was oily, mushy, bad taste. I told the waitress Jackie and she didn’t give the minimum level of attention. Very disappointing.

This was my and my partner's first time in an Applebee's and the treatment of my partner from our server/waitress was both strange and rude. Upon getting greeted, my partner got a drink and had the ID ready, the waitress asked how to pronounce the name which we replied that it doesn't matter and that they no longer go by that name anymore. That should be been the end of the questions but the server continued asking several more times how to pronounce the name then finally said it probably sounds pretty before leaving. We got glares from said server the rest of our service and even ignored when asking for to go boxes. We did speak to the bar employee and the manager and it was resolved by them. It should not matter what names we go by, being pushy about customer names and glaring at us is unprofessional and disappointing.

This is the third time (or more) that I have come to this location and sat at the bar and have not been greeted nor acknowledged by the bartender.
I understand being busy and having drinks to make for servers as well as taking care of guests at the bar, however to not even get a “Hello! I’ll be with you in a few moments”, is not okay with me. The last couple times I have stayed, tonight I left. It was close to or a little above 5 minutes with no communication from the bartender.
I enjoy this location because it’s close to my house and the food is always great, however, I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon. 😞
I hope this changes in the future because, again, I do enjoy it there.
