Always out of flavors on pickup orders. Orders are never ready on time because they can't call a customer. Employees aren't bad, but stock is always low and they can't be bothered to notify a pickup customer that their order isn't available.

After seeing all the advertisements for this new location, we were excited to try it out. Loaded up the little ones just to find an empty parking lot with all the lights out hours before your closing time. Very disappointed.

We went on a Saturday at 8pm. The new remodel is stark and uninviting, barren. I got a scoop of Jamoka Almond fudge. Not sure if the recipe has changed but it was very light, almost spongy. Like they put air in the recipe to cut costs or something. It was lighter than soft serve but 5 times the price. Then at 8:29 the girl at the counter without warning says "Just so you know, we close in one minute..." the sign on the door says 10pm, online says 9pm. We got kicked out at 8:30. We wont be going back sadly. I can buy a gallon of better ice cream for the same price at King supers next door. Bad product, bad customer experience.

Mediocre service at best. Love the ice cream but the workers usually close down long before closing time so very few flavors are actually available. Didn't even hesitate telling us that we only had 4 flavors to choose from. At that point just lock the doors because people come to shops like this for variety. Wouldn't be surprised if they close down because of Dairy Queen's significantly better service.

Terrible customer service. I took my son here to celebrate his first week of school. I asked for a cone for my son and pointed to the display and he wasnt listening to me. Kept insisting on a cup. I told him I dont want a cup my kid wants a cone. Than I asked for napkins and she at first she didnt answer me. Than I asked again do you have napkins. She said yes. It was very helpful. Had to ask three times than I finally got some. Than her and the other employees stood there and talked about me the entire time and watched us. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The kid didn't even know what a banana split was. After team member explained this is the $10 I spent. Two female employees never acknowledged his need of help and we're just gossiping with each other. Very bad experience here.

If you want a friendly ice cream shop to bring the kids, this isn't it. The store was empty when I went to pick up an order and it wasn't started until I got there. The blonde young lady at the front didn't greet and never smiled. Looked like she really didn't want to be there. Ice cream is great but there are friendlier ice cream shops in town.
