Been to the location in Des Moines, IA. Loved it, love this one. Not a thing wrong with it. Bethany is a server surpassing service. Everyone Will DEFINITELY Be back. This was an AWESOME night.

Our waiter was so awesome tonight and the food was DELICIOUS. Should definitely try the Gavyn tomato bisque. It’s so good!

I’m not sure if they served me gluten free spaghetti or what. It was the worse spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had. I would take a bite and it would mush into a ball of goop and stick in my teeth. It was literally disgusting. However, the waiter was nice and the atmosphere is good, that’s about it.

We have been coming here for years and usually love it. But lately it seems that everything (the food, the service, the quality) has just taken a huge dive. When we came here for dinner, it took about 15 minutes for our waiter to even acknowledge us. (No they were not busy at all.) Our waiter was very careless and was not nice or friendly at all. We waited over an hour for our food. Which was very frustrating. The seafood all tasted frozen and pretty gross. I ordered a salad with no onions and extra dressing. It came with onions in it and no dressing. The salad was also so drenched in water, there was a pool at the bottom of my bowl. Again, we waited over an our for this. Our waiter threw our bill on the table before we could even decide on dessert. I constantly had to flag our waiter down for refills. Due to the disgraceful service, we ended up spending almost two and a half hours at the restaurant. At the end of the night, we both ended up getting very sick with food poisoning. We used to love this place, but we know now we won't be back! Disgusting in every sense of the word!

My husband and myself were looking for a decent Italian restaurant and this came up ... WOW WOW great food, great service. We would definitely visit this place again. Two very big thumbs up for this restaurant 😁👍👍

This was our 1st time going, we got a gift card as a gift for our Anniversary, needless to say it was a very unpleasant experience. For starters we couldn't find anyone to seat us, then it took a long time for our waitress to even come take our order & even a longer time to get our meal, I would understand if the restaurant was busy but we were the only customers in the restaurant. When we finally got our food I couldn't stand to eat it, it was just gross, way over cooked, so rich & heavy in taste, it was just disgusting so I wound up sending my plate back & ordered something different. We contemplated on ordering dessert but just wanted to leave instead.

First and probably only time going. The restaurant is very nicely finished and has a great vibe. The patio is very nice and great place to enjoy some fresh air. My wife and I decided to try it out Biaggi’s to mix things up a bit. The wait time to get a table was very reasonable 10-15 minutes and they met that time frame. We ate on the patio and that could have been a mistake. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating as we both asked for changes on what we ordered. I asked for Alfredo instead of red sauce and my wife asked for lobster instead of shrimp and they were happy to do it. The best part of our meal was the stuffed mushrooms. Highly recommend. That’s where this review goes down hill fast. The French onion soup was awful. I thought my wife was crazy so I tried it and boy was she spot on I can’t nicely explain the taste but let’s just say it was one of those flavors that hangs on but you wish it wouldn’t. Her meal was ok. I mean she was able to pick out the lobster and eat that but let’s be honest who orders seafood in a land locked state? I had ordered the chicken parm. The chicken. Was so over cooked and dry that I had to cut the whole tiny chicken breast up to find 3 pieces worth eating. The best part of my meal was the noodles that had next to no Alfredo on them and I had to order more Alfredo. Our waitress was probably overloaded with tables… not her fault but I left feeling like we had simply been forgotten. We waited for probably 10 minutes for our bill and then the mosquitoes came out so we stepped inside to wait for our bill. We wound up having to go to the hostess while they had to track down our waitress which took probably 5 min so we could pay our bill. I have never worked in the restaurant industry but to me here is a free tip. If you are going to have a patio, maybe only assign the server to that area. While we were waiting to pay we observed our waitress running from section to section. No wonder why we felt forgotten. I will end with this. It’s a really good thing we had a gift certificate for $100 bucks, because after tip, that is what we spent. $40 bucks a person and a 20 percent tip seems like a lot for the quality of food simply put, there are better places to eat for that kind of money. If I had to have spent my hard earned money, there would have probably been a conversation with a manager but since we probably won’t be back what’s the point?

Went to eat dinner before concert. Only a few couples in resturant. Several staff. Set down at Table in dining room. Waited 20 minutes no one ever came to our table and took our order. Left without ordering or eating. Will never go back.

The bruschetta was incredible. I enjoyed the pick two option. The garlic shrimp was a very good and so is shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. This was an incredible experience. I think the food is very good. I had a great time.
