While I was waiting on my food two different elderly employees (who should be retired and not still working at 5 in the evening) came in at separate times. Each asked for a drink and when they pulled out their money to pay he refused it. They both got ice water. It was heartwarming that he refused their money, but heartbreaking that they felt like they had to pay for water. He was an amazing employee and I wad glad I got to see him in action

I walked in there's no one at the counter,I'm about to leave a guy walked in slowly just like he own it, and I try to order he said "the boss not here yet you gotta wait for 20 minutes"! At that time was 3 customers already sat there. So I spent 20 minutes over there for nothing, all I want to say is people are getting lazy and always complain. Today is oct 5 9:40am. I would give negative if there was the option.

Omg I got so mad at burger king. Now when you are in the store you order, they give you your food, a cup and your receipt. You take your receipt to the beverage Dispenser and you have to download an app on your phone to scan your receipt to get your drink. Forcing another app....NEVER GOING BACK

well where do we begin, first off the wait time is abysmal, takes 15-20+ minutes, there's only one worker in there usually and i feel bad for them, today we went in and the lady taking our order seemed on the verge of a breakdown, kept swearing, saying they wanted to quit, after taking our order she near locked us in behind the bars too, behind them was a whirlwind of food i even saw bacon on the ground, then the ladies family (? I'm assuming) came in and just was hanging out and it was 5+ people i didn't count, a young teen went behind the counter and got ice cream for herself , and another man came in with a very very loud boom box blasting a rock song before going into the kitchen area, idk what's going on with management here but get some help and pay these poor workers more, also it's worth noting the entire time i was eating the Walmart greeter was staring at me lol

Walked in and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes without seeing a single employee. Went back after shopping and there was finally someone there.

Every time I come to this location Chris is working and seemingly very busy he is usually by himself or with at most one other person he is constantly running around making orders taking orders helping customers and giving people their food. And not once does he ever show any signs of frustration. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and that the order you’re getting is correct. And he makes some bomb fries lol. Thank you Chris. Fast food workers around the country should take notes and you sir, deserve a raise.

Came to get breakfast after getting groceries, no where was there a posting (I've most locations) that said how long they serve breakfast til. Asked the kid behind the counter he looked put out to answer the question looked at the board and looked and his cell for a clock and looked at us like we were d*** and told us what til breakfast was served til. No one was wearing a work uniform nor no one looked professional or ready for work. We both ordered a coffee and he put them on the counter not letting us know which was which (no big deal) but customer service is key and this location severely lacks customer service and professionalism. Someone should not wear a Puma hoodie and a hat backwards with their lanyard hanging out of their pocket like they just walked in the door and showing they are disgruntled to be there. The guy in the back making the food had no uniform on and looked like he just walked in as well. The gal in the back assuming the manager just in her own world getting things completed and not paying attention to the front of the house. Wish this location the best but that is the one and only time we will go to that location.

Started off alright.. till the cashier didn't change his gloves from touching my cash then he touched food.... i asked him to change the gloves both the manager and the employee you walked to the back to talk"hopfully about food safety tips "doubt it" because the manager I have seen do the same thing. In the past... the employee came back with new set of gloves. I ordered one thing and it was done before everyone else. As I waited there for a little bit for my food to be bagged but that never happened and i then had to ask for my food. The appearance of the food was terrible... Ill give this visit -2 stars

Ordered 2 chicken nugget kids meals, and 2 milk shakes. Forgot drinks, sauce, handed me milkshakes that were literally melted ice cream with oreos floating on top and then told me there wasn't anything they could do??? Absolutely awful
