Ever since new management it's seems just ok now not the best , I mean common it's burger king you know what it is

Disappointing Service and Online Order Woes
My recent experiences at Burger King have been consistently frustrating, primarily due to their incredibly slow service, especially with online orders. It seems they don't even start preparing your online order until you actually arrive at the restaurant. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and leads to unnecessary wait times.
This burger King is always on point.
In a rush? Maybe not the best place to go. Wanting hot fresh food, however, this is your burger king! Food is always delicious, so I have no problem waiting a little extra longer for it. It seems a bit short staffed, but despite this, the workers provide a clean environment and ensure yummy food!
Best Burger King in the area - avoid the one off North Timberline in Fort Collins by far the worst

We got the Royal wrap meal deal, plus 2 orders of cheezy tots. The fries that came with the meal deal were undercooked, chewy, and greasy. The rest of the food was fairly mediocre and much smaller than we expected. Especially for the price!

Burger King has some great things and cool promotions. Today was confusing. There was a communication problem, and the items ordered were not what we received. The food was cool, (Luke warmish). Nothing with our order was correct. We ordered a cheeseburger and got a bacon cheeseburger. We ordered 4 mozzarella sticks and were charged for 8. We just wanted the cheeseburger, and they charged for the $5 meal deal. They gave us a small cup where we ordered a medium, I did get the cup corrected but the rest if the items were so wrong and charged incorrectly that it was too much hassle to interrupt them to discuss it. It wasn't busy either. But the crew seemed upset with each other.

I am a long-time Burger King customer and I would like to thank the staff for the delicious food and excellent service I have received at this location in recent months. In particular I want to acknowledge a very nice gentleman named David who has served me both inside the restaurant and at the drive-up window. He has a friendly, helpful attitude, pays close attention to my order and gets it to me promptly and efficiently. This makes for a very pleasant dining experience. Thank you David!

So very disappointed 10/22/24 got there at 1030pm everything was lit up google stated they closed at midnight sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no response drove up to the window blew the horn no response saw a man at the sink doing dishes no head set on also called the building no answer so I took my business to Applebees never going back to BK AGAIN BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE it my my WAY. You guys suck

Forgot half of my order in the drive-through went in to get help and every single employee was on their phone. There was a line at the register and not one single person was helping me. I decided to just leave before I said something this place needs some major help
