Always the worst location. Stale food. Less food than you get from other burger kings in the area. Employees dont care whatsoever.

I live close to this BK so I end up going there a lot for convenience. I have a dairy allergy and can not have cheese or milk. More often than not, even though I always make it very plain and clear that I do not want any cheese, they put cheese on it nearly every time. I have to stop, check my order, park go inside and reorder and bu the time I get back in my car. The fries are cold. It sucks almost every time. I'm pretty sure the reason is that they do not speak English very well. I usually can not understand them. It is no wonder they can not understand me. It seems like they would hire English speaking people, but they do not. NEVER get an apology or free fries or any compensation for THEIR mistake. I am quite sick of it! I now have to drive 15 minutes away to order food where they speak English and don't mess up my order every time.
You've been warned! Save yourself the hassle and eat somewhere else.

Disappointing Service and Online Order Woes

My recent experiences at Burger King have been consistently frustrating, primarily due to their incredibly slow service, especially with online orders. It seems they don't even start preparing your online order until you actually arrive at the restaurant. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and leads to unnecessary wait times.

In a rush? Maybe not the best place to go. Wanting hot fresh food, however, this is your burger king! Food is always delicious, so I have no problem waiting a little extra longer for it. It seems a bit short staffed, but despite this, the workers provide a clean environment and ensure yummy food!

We got the Royal wrap meal deal, plus 2 orders of cheezy tots. The fries that came with the meal deal were undercooked, chewy, and greasy. The rest of the food was fairly mediocre and much smaller than we expected. Especially for the price!

Burger King has some great things and cool promotions. Today was confusing. There was a communication problem, and the items ordered were not what we received. The food was cool, (Luke warmish). Nothing with our order was correct. We ordered a cheeseburger and got a bacon cheeseburger. We ordered 4 mozzarella sticks and were charged for 8. We just wanted the cheeseburger, and they charged for the $5 meal deal. They gave us a small cup where we ordered a medium, I did get the cup corrected but the rest if the items were so wrong and charged incorrectly that it was too much hassle to interrupt them to discuss it. It wasn't busy either. But the crew seemed upset with each other.
