Food was blah, no taste, no spices, and very bland. Which is not Mexican food. Plus they charge for chips and salsa. Where I come from that’s standard on the table.

Beautiful spot. I’ll give them that. And conveniently placed between other stores and bars that don’t serve food. The food was cooked to perfection at least. But literally ZERO flavor. Seriously it tasted like water and the oil it was cooked in. Maybe some of the ingredients like onion. We were surprised at how flavorless the food was for a Mexican restaurant. Actually the only thing that had salt was the fries. Shockingly. What made the service not so good was how we barely saw our server and they gave us the wrong bill. Our bill of only a few items came up to over $100! We didn’t even have drinks. I was uneasy about what was owed so after my husband paid in cash I asked for the receipt. And sure enough it was not our bill it was the table next to us.
SO SO glad I asked for the receipt. Not sure why one wasn’t given to us in the first place? Who takes money without even confirming the order? Make sure you ask for the check every time. And again so happy we paid in cash so we got our money and our actual amount owed was 40 something. Oh well.

When I choose a place to eat, I tend to judge based on atmosphere more than anything, since a restaurant without good food or service likely wouldn't stay in business. That said, Cactus Grille excells in all three areas! Our server was personable & attentive, the decor was bright & colorful without being garish, & I enjoyed the best nachos I've ever had, followed by a strawberry cheesecake chimichanga. The only complaint I can think up is that they don't actually have any menu items with cactus as an ingredient, but I doubt most people would consider that to be false advertising. A great choice for friends, family, & dates!

Brooklyn M was that best server I have ever had! She is so nice, sweet, polite, professional and has the greatest smile! Never did I have to ask for a refill or to have my plate cleared away when I was finished. She was on point. I will definitely go back to the Cactus Grille just to have her as my server! Also, they make really good food.

My husband and I ate there last night. Around four p m Took us ten minutes to get glass of water. Order the chips and dips .chips literally were all broken. The dips were missing the garnish. My husband's food was very blan. My plate was missing items. That's not a good experience.And our waitress never once ask.us, would you like to speak to a manager?I'm so sorry.I could fix it . nothing . There was a family senting next to us. That was having a bad experience too. Their kids, food was missing his chicken. And something else but I didn't hear Exactly what it was. But once again the same waitress wasn't Apologetic or get the manager.:(
