The food was good but bad experience. I ordered online at 3:30pm to pick up at 4:15pm. I came there at 4:10 and still had to wait until 4:30 while they were making drive thru orders. Moreover, I paid for double but only got single.

We were just in the Loveland, Co. north Cleveland Ave location. Just wanted to give kuddos to the employee named Ray. He was so helpful, efficient, and personable! I was amazed at how graciously and capably he was multi-tasking...the drive through window, the counter, and even making sides (example: onion rings). He's a rockstar!
