This location has extremely disappointing customer service. I called twice to cancel an order because a chips-and-salsa reward didn’t apply to my online pickup. The first time, a young man hung up on me. The second time, a female employee answered and left me on hold for 10 minutes. On the third call, the same young man answered again, said he couldn’t cancel the order, and transferred me by the time someone finally picked up, the order was already marked as “ready.” When I arrived, the food was cold, and I was told there was nothing they could do to refund the chips-and-salsa reward. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience.

We had such a great experience especially with Jill who took care of us when they were out of corn tortillas. The staff and the food was outstanding. Thank you Jill and crew for keeping high standards and great customer service!

This is one of me and my wife's favorite restaurants to come too and today was the worst experiences I have ever had had. I didn't even get offered plates to eat on we had to wait for a long time before we got our drinks. I will never go back there again.
We were so happy with the new menu and portions. Mama V was the best waitress so friendly and helpful.
Mama V provided excellent service for us. She is obviously a seasoned professional, very courteous and engaging.

My partner and I stopped in today for lunch and we had the MOST AMAZING experience I've had in a long time! This was all thanks to Tahneah! She was awesome. If every single server was like Tahneah, it would be amazing. The food was awesome and fresh and the manager was active in the dining area as well. Could not have done any better!
