We waited about 15 mins just for drinks, and we just got up and left after we saw someone else get theirs who showed up well after us. Decided to go to Chipotle instead, but if you want to sit down, please do yourself a favor and just drive to Texas Roadhouse. They are a 10/10 every time. I haven't been to Chili's in at least 5 years, and now I remember why.

Insane wait time, food came out mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken fajitas. Chicken looked like it was boiled in a bag, zero flavor. Texas cheese fries were mush. 89 dollars for a meal that tasted like it was made by Banquet. Will not be returning

Mama V is an absolute Rock Star. She is truly an example on how to service tables and customer service. And the team was great to they sure do know what team work means. The dining experience was exceptional, with delectable and fresh cuisine. The staff’s attentiveness and professionalism were commendable.

However, I encountered an issue with the extreme coldness of the establishment. Despite wearing multiple layers of warm clothing, including a hoodie and jacket, I remained uncomfortably cold. The rapid cooling of the food due to the ambient temperature was also a concern.

Additionally, the excessive volume of music was disruptive to the ambiance. I sought a sit-down restaurant to enjoy the meal without the risk of hearing loss.

I anticipate returning in the summer months, when the temperature may be more conducive to a comfortable dining experience.

The new menu bites are good! The Smasher burger is a delicious addition and worth going for. The service is always great and the atmosphere is welcoming! They have removed some menu items that saddens me but I guess times must change. Chili's is always a part of my eating out places to go.
