Chipotle Mexican Grill

Burrito is actually smaller than my iPhone… ordered online and got a lot of toppings. Actually disturbing and boyfriend said they were rude during pickup.

Horrible portions they will give a quarter scoop of me forcing you to pay for double to get a complete scoop. I’m so sick of this place stealing money of getting the right amount of meat

I can't figure out why your food is so good sometimes, and sooo awful other times. You have serious quality issues. If some of your food has been sitting for too long , throw it out and get a new batch in, stop giving it to customers! If I order in the evening , my sofritas are INEDIBLE because they're so old and dried out and hard. But if I come in when you just opened, its usually perfectly delicious!

Got my order wrong paid extra money for a 2 side tortillas never gave me chicken in my bowl a very empty bowl none of the workers would answer the phone and they were also disrespectful and I I am so frustrated all the workers don’t help when there’s a problem I would not recommend to go To this chipotle.

Wish it was better. I've given them more chances than I should have over the last year but im always let down. My order has been wrong so many times, portions are always off (no one wants a burrito that is half sourcream!). And I've walked out multiple times after standing in line for 15 + minutes and seeing only 1-2 cutomers orders completed. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different location.

Been ordering here online for a good time since I've moved to the area.
I love this place. I would give it a 5 star but the weekend staff is just not it.
Im not in the 70% of customer that make over 100k a year. Im still going to keep ordering but not on weekends.

We picked up our food as soon as the employee placed it on the pick up table and I had to ask about it twice. When we got home (8 minute drive) it was completely cold. We also paid extra for guac and didn’t receive it on the burrito or bowl. My daughter’s kids meal came without fruit and was extremely cold too. This could be a health code violation for cold food that’s being served. Who knows how long it sat out and could cause health issues. Places a survey online and hopefully we hear back by someone to make this right and give us a full refund.

Such a good experience, the GM Julie was sweet and clearly had a great team and good manager. Donnie, helped make my food. He was very nice, fast and sanitary. The whole store was clean, the prep line was clean, and everyone even those in the back were pitching in to keep it clean! I gave a large family so when I order I typically get treated like I am bothering people when I order. Donnie did not make me feel that way, I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you

Their food is amazing. The staff is always friendly. Whether I get it for delivery or dine in, it’s always correct. Their ingredients are fresh, and you know it! The bathrooms are always clean. The variety of the menu is fantastic for our family of 6. Everyone can find something to eat!

It’s your average chipotle, and it’s pretty good. Not super generous, but it’s 2026. All I can say is don’t order the guacamole, it’s never come out looking any better than the photo… but the photo doesn’t even really show how brown it is lol. Just avoid the guacamole and you’re good

We came in here around 5:15 tonight, they ran out of chicken and queso. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken with a huge line behind us. They seemed totally disorganized for a BOGOF promo that started at 4:00pm. They claimed it would be 35 minutes for more queso so we didn't get any. Horrible visit tonight , saw many people walk out due to the horrible wait. We were going to eat inside but left as the line was all the way back to the rear tables. Worst experience ever in any restaurant I have been to. Would never come here again for a BOGOF promo.
