The elderly woman working the order counter was incredibly rude to me. I always make sure to treat service workers with respect because they deal with so much, but this lady was blatantly disrespectful. Very short with me, had an attitude when I asked for toppings and for my large order to be bagged. I said “thank you” at the end and she just walked away and was then very polite to the man behind me. Unfortunately we have had issues with this location before so we likely won’t be returning.
I’m so tired of coming here and barely getting any food. Every time, whether it’s mobile or in person, they give the smallest portions and charge like $15 for it. I got less than half a scoop of guacamole and they charged $2.75. What really made me stop coming here was when I found a SLUG in my lettuce that was disgusting!
Too many bad experiences at this location for my liking. Poorly trained employees and the worst managed Chipotle I've eaten in. Not recommended.
It says open until 10 pm when you look it up online. Got there at 9:02 pm and the place was closed, the sign on the door says open until 9 pm. Please fix this
Burrito is half the size as other places with same price.
Don’t order for pick up.. The portions are extremely small. I remember when these burritos used to be difficult to carry with one hand, now it looks like I just bought a gas station breakfast burrito, and for $13 no less! Super disappointed.
The most incompetent fast food employees I have ever met in my life.
They charged my girlfriend for a water. It’s 97 degrees outside.
I’d go to a different location if you have the choice. They skimp on portions (seems to be a trend based on other reviews). I got the last of the cheese and it was a small handful of crumbles. When they replaced it for the next customer (my partner), I asked if I could get a little more since I barely got any and was told I’d be charged extra. Got the last of the guac too and it was brown. When we’ve ordered from here on DoorDash in the past, the portions were even worse.

This location is awful- the guacamole is consistently always brown and the fajita vegetables look like they’ve been left out for a week. Nothing is ever fresh! So disappointing that both Loveland locations have this problem- they must be owned by the same person.

Placed a mobile order at 7:20. Pickup was for 7:40. Went in at exactly 7:40, stood for 10 minutes waiting. No order. By 7:55 I asked where it was. “Oh we don’t have it.” Dude went to the back, “oh so we found your order but now we’re out of tortillas so can I make it a bowl?” Maybe if you would’ve made it on time, i wouldn’t have to watch you make 5 burritos for the other people in there when I literally ORDERED AHEAD

I got my food delivered. The steak was cold and frozen. The bag of chips were only 1/4 full. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed.

Walked in tonight at 6:15 to feed my 2 boys 11 and 13 and myself. 2 weeks ago my oldest went in by himself and came out with a meal suitable for a bird or a rabbit. The bowl was less than half full. He was pretty disappointed about it but decided to just let it go even though we spent $16 on his meal. Tonight, my youngest ordered a bowl with white rice and he wanted steak. No beans. One little scoop of rice later and a tiny scoop of steak and he wanted just a little more steak. The young girl behind the counter asks "You want double steak?". No my son said, just make it look like an actual meal, That's not enough. She looked dumb founded. She reiterated that if he wanted a little more, it had to be double and they were going to have to charge for it. Like a manager was about to fire her for giving him a few more chunks of meat. This was also backed up by the guy behind the register with a text book " We're allowed to give 4 oz. servings and that is that. Sorry, but that skimpy serving isn't going to feed a mouse, let alone my growing boys or myself. Not even with the absolutely ridiculous cost of a scoop of guacamole at $2.50 per scoop add on will that meal fill up anyone. And the lack of any kind of customer service what so ever, We left with out spending a penny. Chipotle is on the increasing list of places that charge to much for not enough of whatever they are offering. That meal for 3 of us would of been close to $50. If I'm dropping a $50 bill on a meal for my boys and I. I expect all of us to be full and I expect the smallest inkling of a hint of customer service. Not sure if any of us are coming back and that's a shame because the food is actually decent.

The woman working the front tonight is rude as all hell. They give you literally no meat and then proceeded to drown the hell out of the bowl with sour cream. There were only 2 other pipe in the store yet the front staff are literally having a panic attack. Horrible horrible experience waste of money
