We placed a phone order for three burgers with fries and one, half salad. One of the burgers was to have blue cheese on it instead of cheddar. When the order was picked up, I had three burgers with cheddar and only two orders of fries and no salad. The waitress went and got the salad and I declined having them make a new burger with blue cheese because it wasn’t that important to me. However, they would not make more fries or find another way to compensate us for the lack of fries.

We have eaten here often and left positive reviews in the past. We visited today to treat my parents to lunch. We went late, because we have an infant and small child so we avoid the busy hours. I will say, it wasn't dead but not busy. Service was, as usual, friendly; however, very slow for 2:30. We were apologized to and told it was because of a new system, but that meant nothing to our crying baby and squirmy preschooler while we waited about 30 minutes to pay. I try to be patient and understanding, but I witnessed other tables getting much more prompt service. Anyway, the biggest thing that surprised me was that we were automatically charged gratuity (I think it was 15%). I guess we were a table of 6, but one was our infant in a stroller who doesn't sit at the table or eat... and another our small child who ordered fries. I don't know why but this really irritated me. We will be back, but it will probably be a while.

Great people. The side of Mac n cheese we got was terrible, also got charged more than the menu lists the side of Mac at but it's whatever. Great sandwiches just avoid the Mac until they figure out how to flavor it.

Regular but probably won’t be back. Service was poor. Put the order in wrong for 3 dishes and still charged full price including for gravy and ranch dressing. Meals came out without bread. Had to ask for everything, including the check and paid at the bar. No refills on drinks. No manager around. We still tipped 20%.
First time going, I will definitely be going back. The food is great and the specialty cocktails are awesome.

Ordered potato skins, so burnt couldn’t eat, hard as a rock, they were literally black! Chicken fried chicken was extremely hard to cut with a steak knife and nachos with sampler, chips were stale, hard and chewy. We’ve always had a decent experience here but I don’t know what happened this round, probably won’t be back for a while.

Fido should call me…. I own a home for 20 years in neighborhood and I I was supporting the restaurant before that but now I’m done…. I spent thousands in this restaurant and tipped $100 for a $34 ticket all the time but still get crap food….. I ordered simple 2 burgers with Swiss tonight with mashed potatoes and brown gravy….. and cook came out that they can’t do that… that’s fine but then put in correct way they order theirs and food was horrible and took 1 hour to get cold!!! Burgers were hard and no Gravy or anything….. just thinks he controls final the owner and I’m done. Will tell everyone and believe me there has been 10 Restaurants in this location and the next one will Move in shortly……. I’m Done with this place……. Owners think that that they will just cover it up and move on and not true….. they said we will put $$$$ in safe to pay you back for all of This and yea right……. I don’t want the money….. I wanted my simple basic food order that I always pay big $$$$$ for but not once have had it even close to being right
