We placed a phone order for three burgers with fries and one, half salad. One of the burgers was to have blue cheese on it instead of cheddar. When the order was picked up, I had three burgers with cheddar and only two orders of fries and no salad. The waitress went and got the salad and I declined having them make a new burger with blue cheese because it wasn’t that important to me. However, they would not make more fries or find another way to compensate us for the lack of fries.

We have eaten here often and left positive reviews in the past. We visited today to treat my parents to lunch. We went late, because we have an infant and small child so we avoid the busy hours. I will say, it wasn't dead but not busy. Service was, as usual, friendly; however, very slow for 2:30. We were apologized to and told it was because of a new system, but that meant nothing to our crying baby and squirmy preschooler while we waited about 30 minutes to pay. I try to be patient and understanding, but I witnessed other tables getting much more prompt service. Anyway, the biggest thing that surprised me was that we were automatically charged gratuity (I think it was 15%). I guess we were a table of 6, but one was our infant in a stroller who doesn't sit at the table or eat... and another our small child who ordered fries. I don't know why but this really irritated me. We will be back, but it will probably be a while.
