Gone there three separate times and all three times our orders have been wrong. Asked for a certain bagel(which is more money) and when we get home, realize it is just a rubber plain bagel. Plenty other places to go that are much better and have way better customer service.

Bagel was tiny. Smaller than a doughnut. Didn't even have a hole in it. Did your bagels get smaller with no holes or what. Pretty poor bagel!

6 employees behind the counter and not one said Hello, Good Morning or How can I help you? No one was in line and I still had to wait for someone to take my order. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and some to go. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel. Gave me the burnt bagels. Will never again return. Now I know why no one patronizes this establishment.

Whoever installed my coffee cup lid managed to grind and crush the top of the cup to the point where the lid was being help on by gravity alone, they sent it out like that. My morning is ruined :(

As I was sitting waiting for my order I looked under the counter and say such filth. The floor was black with built up dirt and trash under the front counter. Apparently cleaning under the counters where customers can see is too much work. Yuck...will not be going back! Answer to your question...No one contacted me about this issue!

Love this place. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong. Everyone is so nice and they care about their customers! Love love love love. They are so great and I come here every morning just to say hi and get my coffee. This is a beautiful place with nothing wrong in it. I could go on and on and on but I think you all got the point:)
