Love Einstein Bros Bagels. Every time I am in Fort Collins the day we head home we go into Loveland and stop here for breakfast and to grab a bakers dozen bagels to take home and freeze.

I waited at the walk in order spot for half an hour.... while the girls were all chatty and got every one else served. I got "Oops sorry still working on it" for half an hour. I order 40 min on my phone before getting the single Bagel I ordered. I came every week and I won't any more.

The staff here are both helpful, AMAZING, and understanding as well as extremely patient with children, I had a very good and quick experience giving my day a very easy and pleasant start.
Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out
Kid-friendliness: Extremely willing to help with kids options as well as making a special "coffee" drink for my 7yr old
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a toasted bagel. There was no line and only 2 customers that came in after me when I was waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes and seeing the 2 others get their food before me, I went up to the 3 employees that were just standing around talking to each other and asked how much longer it would be. One of them looked at the screen with the orders and said “Oh! We’re still working on it.” They hadn’t even started my order lol really frustrating when I was the only customer there at that point. Won’t be back to this location.

I go to Einstein's in Loveland all the time. I use my app and order ahead. Today I was accused of trying to steal MY order? They were super busy and calling out orders like crazy. I watched each person grab their food, no questions asked. After 10 minutes passed my wait time, they called my name. I flew to the counter to get my food. The lady asked what order I was getting and I told her Lizzy. She asked to see proof of purchase. I get that other people are shady and will steal orders, but when I heard my name, my head flew up. That should be a sign right there that that is my order. If you’re gonna ask for proof of purchase you need to ask EVERYONE. I felt very disrespected and accused of a crime I didn’t and would t commit. Very sad experience.

I think the food here is great with plenty of different options even if you are not just wanting breakfast. They also have a number of coffee drinks that are nice. The atmosphere leaves you wanting, just because it's not quite as cozy as you would hope a coffee shop would be. The staff are always friendly.
Vegetarian options: The primarily have bagels which are made with animal products so it might not be the first option.
Dietary restrictions: Bagels have a lot of carbohydrates, so if you are on a diet this probably isn't the best place for you.
Parking: The restaurant is right on the corner of two major intersections in Loveland and the way the parking lot is designed is kind of strange, like a triangle making it hard to get in and out sometimes.
Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of food that kids can eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: You will need someone to hold the door for you if you are coming in a wheelchair.
