Bagels are good, but servers don't listen! They always get something wrong, and I'm having to constantly go back in to get them to fix it, and they somehow always charge me more to fix it! Not to mention, they've gotten rid of my favorite things on the menu. I very rarely go there anymore, and when I do, I'm EXTREMELY specific, and stand over and watch them on top of checking bag before I leave. NEVER make the mistake of going if you're in a rush. BUT the bagels are good.

I went to have some breakfast and I ordered a bagel and I asked about the orange juice is it freshly squeezed orange juice and the girl who works there said yes. However, I took my order and I left the store and when I tried the orange juice it was not fresh at all and it was made of water, sugar and concentrate juice. I paid $5 for juice that I could not drink. The bagel was good.

I really enjoy this place, especially because we had one of these back in Wisconsin. Their breakfast sandwiches are top notch and since I'm there at least once or twice every few weeks I decided to sign up for their points program.

The opening hours are not correct. It says they open at 6. However, when I went there at 7:30 the doors were locked.
I've been a customer, but today I was here picking up a delivery. I stood there for minutes as four out of five employees chatted.One employee seemed like they might have been working, it took an uncomfortable amount of time for anyone to ask why I've been there for minutes holding a doordash bag as they got paid to chat. When I explained I had an order and that it was just one shmear tub one of them walked around the counter and took one from. The display, didn't label it or put it in a bag, handed it to me with a sarcastic "have a good day", like her whole face was an eye roll. Horrible staff. I stopped being a customer because of the way some employees treat drivers, not sure if I'll ever deliver from here again. Probably going to have to at leas twait a few months for your staff to become a whole other set of incompetent rude twenty somethings. Seriously, just hire an employee who is willing to greet people, ask questions, you know do your job, not get paid to stand In a huddle discussing your personal lives

My breakfast sandwich was cold. If you do pick up, they leave your sandwich out just sitting in a bag and it gets cold. The paper wrap doesn't keep it warm ?
