The two girls working today were doing an amazing job, they were friendly, and provided quick service. Huge shoutout to Lily for her customer service. She was so sweet, welcoming, and made the experience extra enjoyable. You can really tell she cares about making customers feel welcome.

Absolute rip off. I ordered $25.00 worth of ice cream I received two 3 oz portions. One was 1.5 oz of vanilla ice cream and 7 berries 3 frozen strawberries and 4 frozen blueberries.

I just single-handedly kept this place in business. They must be really hurting. I paid $25 for 3 quarts of ice cream and all I wanted was some chocolate chips in it. They said I get six mix ins. Out of those six mix ins II got a total of 10 chocolate chips. The margins here must be very slim. Hopefully they saved enough money by completely robbing me to keep the doors open a little longer.

Purchased strawberry ice cream/red velvet cake frozen cake. Ice cream and cake were good but the “frosting” was cheap topping like 1970’s Dream Whip that was a powder you mixed with milk and whipped which left an unpleasant after taste. Cool whip is a 100% better and it’s only half of what real whipped cream is. For $35.00 I’d expect they could provide quality ingredients all around.

Had a great visit today at our local Coldstone! Gentleman provided excellent customer service and as always some delightful treats for the whole family! It’s hot out there guys so go get some delicious ice cream to cool you off!
I am giving 1 star because on top of not being very welcoming they didn't have have flavors that were listed online for that location. Finally to top it all off I tried to pay with a 50$ bill and was told they won't take that, when I asked why I was told it was because it was a slow day so they wouldn't be able to give me change but, my order total was 45$ and some change so they would've only had to give me like 4$. If they can't do simple math they shouldn't be running a register.

Personally I am not one to get coldstone all the time but today when I went it was a great experience. Not only was the customer service amazing but the overall atmosphere of a common coldstone was wonderful. Specifically there were two employees in particular, I belive their names were Lilly and Claire, great employees and wonderful dedication to a job not a lot of people would want to do. Overall 10/10 recommend!
