I've recently started going here every Tuesday one for the great service, and two the ice cream is amazing as well as the promotion on Tuesday. Getting two big cups of ice cream for 10 bucks is a great deal. Veronica has helped me out several times and has done an amazing job as well as any of the other staff that has taken care of me!

The guy working there was super sweet but the girl working was extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude and made the environment extremely uncomfortable for everyone including the other employee. The guy employee made up for her behavior and was very kind.

I had a wonderful experience at cold Stone in Loveland. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in getting my order ready. I noticed as one group of people received their orders another group came in, it is a busy place. The customers were very friendly and helpful, by holding the door for, this old man with a cane, as well as asking if I could needed help to my car.
