Ever since they “rebranded” the food is not the same at all. In the past I would happily wait in an hour long line to eat at Crackel Barrel and now I’d rather eat at home. The atmosphere and service are still great.

I used to love cracker barrel but currently they are struggling. While this location didn't remodel they did change the menu and I was not impressed. Also service was shaken I think they where all new and just didn't know how to check on a table.

It's okay if you like deep fried foods and the sides are very small although the atmosphere is not bad and our waitress was nice

Not the best experience and off of the usual experience for Cracker Barrels. Placed a to go order. No plastic utensils or napkins included. Soup was not even lukewarm. Would have been better hot, and safer to eat. Staff did get the order out quickly though.

$71 for 3 adult meals and 3 kids meals is lunacy especially since your portions are so much smaller than they used to be. Missed the Old Cracker Barrel family restaurant, no family can afford basic food for $70. Your restaurant will be easy to pass up from now on

The service was incredibly chaotic. The food was good and the food usually is. The store was well maintained in the restaurant was clean. The management needs a lot of work and the menu needs to have notice to people with food allergies that there is cross-contamination from fish to beef. Also they have no substitutes for gluten-free. Our meal came out 15 minutes apart from each person's main course dish so the whole table did not get to enjoy their meal together. Things were forgotten constantly. I'm hoping that since they are the only cracker barrel in the area that they get better management so that their staff works more proficiently. Whoever owns this store should really consider getting better management and making sure that there's no cross-contaminations of high allergy foods or make sure that they note it somewhere before there's a lawsuit or a death
