Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Today we had the most pleasant experience at the Loveland, CO, Cracker Barrel with our friends. Our waitress, Diedre, made the experience so much fun. Her pleasant demeanor and considerate actions won us over! She is one of the best waitresses we encountered!

Been eating there for over 45 years. Always enjoyed my visits and lunch specials and early dinner specials. The waiter that waited on me when I first went there is still there! How many places have had an employee stay that long?

Had a togo door dash order. Entire meal missing. Biscuits were rock hard. No gravy for biscuits and gravy. I'm trying to get a refund from doordash. The chicken fried steak we did get was good. Wish I didn't have to share my meal though. Called and talked to the manager. She was nice and said they must have missed the "2" by the order and was going to use this mess up as a coaching moment for cooks and togo servers. But she didn't try and make the mistake right and offer any kind of guest recovery. I'm not looking for free stuff, but it's really frustrating that a whole missing meal is chalked up as just a coaching opportunity.

My wife and I came from Arvada to Loveland to visit my parents. We love Cracker Barrel never had a problem with them, they had never been. So we decided to get it to go and eat it at the house. It is probably our fault for not double checking because nothing is ever right anymore, but The soup that my mom ordered was missing. So I was trying to make an impression on them about your business, but ended up biting me in the ass, I know you may not care but you probably just lost four customers.

Service was good. Food was gross with really small portions. I ordered fries and literally got 5 of them. All three of us felt gross and sick after we ate there.

The thick sliced bacon is not thick sliced...very thin. Scrambled eggs could have been cooked more. Overall food is good though. I enjoy Cracker Barrels.

I love this Cracker Barrel! I always get Mama’s Pancake Breakfast, and it is consistently delicious every time! The pancakes are fluffy, buttery, and just perfect. The staff was amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Cheyenne—she was the sweetest and hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had. Her kindness and attention to detail made my visit even better. Great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back!

We ordered a curbside to-go order online and the website said it would take 30 min for our food to be ready. My wife and I arrived at the restaurant and entered our to-go pickup parking space number, but no one ever brought us our food. I had to go inside to speak with the hostess who then told me our food would take another 30-40 min before it would be ready. I asked to speak with a manager because I couldn’t leave my wife and child sitting out in the car for 40 min waiting for our food and the manager said she would cancel my order, but didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and seemed to be annoyed with me. I always try to stop at the Cracker Barrel in Loveland anytime I’m driving through, but they have officially lost my business for good.

Was treated VERY poorly and unfairly while picking up a DoorDash order. I absolutely LOVE looking around the store every time I go. However, this time I was treated as if I was trying to steal while I was waiting for the order. Unacceptable!
