Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was excellent. Our server Lancaster was amazing 🤩.

Just ate the worst meal of my life here. I think this is Cracker Barrel in general, but it literally tastes like they hate you and are trying to kill you with the food here. It took forever to get waited on even though there was no one in the restaurant and new people kept emerging from the kitchen every 10 minutes. Absolutely baffled by Cracker Barrel. It used to be so good! But I am pissed that I paid that much for a meal I couldn't even finish

The Food is good but most the time ur waiting 30mins for cold food....at least during weekend breakfasts.

UPDATE 7/20/25: We havent been to cracker barrel in 2years since the last horrible experience. Went in today and it took 30mins to just get a server to acknowledge us get a water order in. Once our food arrived the anger set in, ordered steak and eggs. Flavorless, and overcooked. Server never came and asked how our meal was, maybe because they know how bad the food really is. And it wasnt just us that were absolutly annoyed. 3 tables around us waited longer then us and they sat down first. For how busy this place is i dont know how people enjoy it. Its disgusting. I just spent over an hour of our time and 40 dollars later for somthing i wouldnt feed my pets. And No dont reach out to me to make things right, everytime we gave cracker barrel a chance again, it got worse. Servers name is david. Might want to watch how slow he is.

excellent experience & service from Jennifer! she was not only helpful, but well versed in the menu. the manager coming over to ensure we enjoyed our meals was a nice touch also. overall 10/10 will return!

We have been so many Cracker Barrels over the years but this was our worst experience. Poor service and food was not good.

Today we had the most pleasant experience at the Loveland, CO, Cracker Barrel with our friends. Our waitress, Diedre, made the experience so much fun. Her pleasant demeanor and considerate actions won us over! She is one of the best waitresses we encountered!

Been eating there for over 45 years. Always enjoyed my visits and lunch specials and early dinner specials. The waiter that waited on me when I first went there is still there! How many places have had an employee stay that long?

Had a togo door dash order. Entire meal missing. Biscuits were rock hard. No gravy for biscuits and gravy. I'm trying to get a refund from doordash. The chicken fried steak we did get was good. Wish I didn't have to share my meal though. Called and talked to the manager. She was nice and said they must have missed the "2" by the order and was going to use this mess up as a coaching moment for cooks and togo servers. But she didn't try and make the mistake right and offer any kind of guest recovery. I'm not looking for free stuff, but it's really frustrating that a whole missing meal is chalked up as just a coaching opportunity.

My wife and I came from Arvada to Loveland to visit my parents. We love Cracker Barrel never had a problem with them, they had never been. So we decided to get it to go and eat it at the house. It is probably our fault for not double checking because nothing is ever right anymore, but The soup that my mom ordered was missing. So I was trying to make an impression on them about your business, but ended up biting me in the ass, I know you may not care but you probably just lost four customers.

Service was good. Food was gross with really small portions. I ordered fries and literally got 5 of them. All three of us felt gross and sick after we ate there.

The thick sliced bacon is not thick sliced...very thin. Scrambled eggs could have been cooked more. Overall food is good though. I enjoy Cracker Barrels.
