This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with curbside. A couple of weeks ago I waited for 15 minutes to get food after I got there only to walk in and find food sitting in rack waiting to be brought out to me. Today I didn’t get all of my order. Do better

Nothing but the best all American classic burgers here! This is the fast food drive thru I choose to go to over the others. The management seems to be on top of things as it shows with how the employees are trained and serve you. I usually use the coupon I find on the back of my Safeway recipes or sent in the mail and when I order it's cheaper than the other major fast food restaurants and on top of that the food taste better and has a better quality. I mean, my idea of a hamburger is lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles and mustard and that's just what you get here. The cheese curds and onion rings are great, too! The patty melts are always ooey gooey hot and delicious, but so are the fish sandwiches. Great product and great service. This is MY fast food restaurant of choice!

What can I say, it's my favorite fastfood place. Great staff, and great burgers.
Asked for a handful of vinegar packets in my bag, got none, I added grilled onions and mayo on my burger and I didn't get that either. It's like the employees looked at my order and decided not to do what I asked. Very unprofessional, bad service.
Had a good early dinner date with my little one. We were served in a timely manner. Bathroom was clean, wheelchair accessible. Sat by members of our senior community and enjoyed some neighbor conversation here and there. Most tables were clean and lady was walking around looking for the dirty ones. Overall good experience for an early (5:20ish) dinner.

Went through the drive-through ordered some food for my family. So expensive. Had a large order got home and half the food was missing. Spoke to the owner of the Loveland branch. He says he’s the owner and refused to give me my money back due to the fact that this is happened 4 separate times. They’re very polite as they take your money and don’t give you all your food. My family loves to eat at Culver’s. I’m sad to tell them that we will not be able to go there anymore. I will follow this up The chain of command and make a complaint at corporate. It is so frustrating to order food for my family and I have a big family to get home and find out that none of the sides to the meals are in the bags. eating out is expensive enough the least they could do is give you what you order.
