My parents and I went to get a treat after dinner on Friday night (9/5) with my two toddlers, around 9ish and everything was going great, until it wasn’t. They were extremely busy but when our visit took a turn was when one of the employees yelled at one of the door dashers in-front of EVERYONE. She was upset because the driver had marked they had been waiting for 17 mins and the order had been ready and that makes them look bad and to not do that again!!! It was so sad because the driver literally looked like he was about to cry and he told her he was sorry and he didn’t speak really good English. That was COMPLETELY uncalled for and so upsetting to see someone being treated like that. It could’ve easily been a mistake or even their first ever door dash order! I will not be going back to this location due to this terrible treatment to the poor door dash driver! All of the other staff members even seemed uncomfortable when she did that… she is definitely some sort of manager by the way she was on a power trip. She had brownish hair with reddish toned hair at the ends. Hope she gets talked to about this unacceptable behavior! Completely ridiculous and uncalled for!!

This has to be one of the most difficult drive through in the nation! If you can maneuver it, you could pass a driving test! 😂 But this is an awesome business! Every employee was friendly and professional and the ice cream great!!
The parking lot and drive thru can get crazy, but they are always fast and friendly service!

If you use you DQ app, don't go here. They can't take it and their receipts don't have a code to scan. They were out of things we wanted and they have a very limited food menu. Check before you go. The staff was friendly when they told me I couldn't use my points at this store.
