This location (in Loveland) has lots of parking spaces (clean).. Outdoor seating with umbrellas.. Close to shops/freeways.. Precautions (Covid) being taken/enforced. Would return/recommend to all 06/2023. Looks like the menu has grown some 04/2024.Parking: Ample parking spaces (plus a few more possible parking spots on a side street).Kid-friendliness: It's very kid (or the kid-in-us friendly).Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant.
Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money for a birthday ice cream cake customized and when it came time to cut it, we discovered that they had left the paper underneath and it completely ruined the picture on the cake.When we called they wouldn't give us our money back and said that all they could do was give us a complimentary cake the next time we needed. I feel this is very unprofessional as we were given a cake that was not done right. Double check your order and hope that they remove the paper from the printed edible top before you try to cut it.

Great DQ. I go there regularly, but I was in the Brighton DQ the other day and they give free pup cups for dogs. You have to buy a dog treat in Loveland and Brighton offered a free small cup of ice cream without needing to even ask. Obviously, my dog and I prefer that level of customer appreciation best.
This place is great! Just have would be nice to get more fruit in a medium blizzard than just one bites worth.
