Honestly wasn’t even upset about how long my order took (32 minutes lol) for my one pizza and got an email saying sorry and offering up 50% off or a free medium 2-topping. That’s legit. I’ve had a great experience both times I’ve ordered from here. Thanks Sharon!
I live near this location so my pizza comes from them. Just want to mention how nice these workers are! Tbh, I ordered a time delivery for later than I wanted. My mistake- I thought I put in a different number. I felt so embarrassed and guilty about bothering them about this. They told me not to worry and VOILA it comes around my wanted time! Thank you for saving me- I almost lost it from hunger lol
Dang good pizza that's all I can say. I drive extra to go to this one because the one by my house closed and the other one by my house is not any good. I love this Domino's!
Beth, Josh, and Team somehow manage to make a worldwide chain feel like a family-owned business. Keep up the amazing work, and thanks again for helping make a Friday night even better.
Wrong door, ordered extra shrooms on a small thin crust..barely shrooms and no sauce...30 bucks..never again
Where can I get started?
First, I think this is a horrible location. First time going you can’t really see it that well, and getting in and out isn’t very easy.
Next, the food isn’t usually the best quality. My pizzas are usually burnt or undercooked, and today my pizza didn’t have buffalo drizzle on it, and my Parmesan Bites had NO PARMESAN.

This was an easy and great experience! All we were finding were pizza places that we could only order on line, and not able to ask questions. Domino's proved they still had very kind, helpful workers. Wish I knew her name. She was wonderful!

Ordered from here twice. First time was correct but no better than a frozen pizza. Second time we received a completely wrong pizza. $60 for a wrong order. They offered ma a credit but why would I order from there again?

Second time ordering from this store and compared to the other stores, their food quality is a lot better. It could be just because they're new, hopefully not and they keep this up. Usually when I get extra of anything from other stores, it's mediocre toppings still. The Eisenhower store did not disappoint.

Look they made a fine pizza, it is just the lack of attention to detail. They didn't look at the ticket and made it on auto pilot missing the special instructions not to put garlic on the crust. Annoying because garlic and onions flare my GI system. It isn't as big a deal as an allergy but it will be painful for me tomorrow. Lack of effort on their part has real world consequences for me.

To make matters even worse, I called to let the manager know my kids and I were sick and he said he couldn't return the money but could offer us more food. I said I would call corporate because something must've been contaminated in order for all of us to get sick about 1-1.5 hours after eating it. Wanted to argue about how it wasn't his doing. Well maybe not on purpose but I've worked at food places and know that storage of veggies etc can lead to contamination if not stored properly. Food looked and tasted good quality but hey we didn't get ourselves instantly sick after paying for the food. Have some empathy for a family that is super sick after eating your food instead of being rude acting like it's our fault. Thanks Josh. It's not about the refund. I have money but what I won't do is pay to get my kids and I sick!! I could've been like some of these people and threaten to sue. You food places need to do better ensuring food safety to prevent food poisoning! To could pay me $500 to make it better but at the end of the day, we're still sick from eating there. Hope you figure out what caused it instead of acting like we walked in like that. ?♀️
