Where can I get started?
First, I think this is a horrible location. First time going you can’t really see it that well, and getting in and out isn’t very easy.
Next, the food isn’t usually the best quality. My pizzas are usually burnt or undercooked, and today my pizza didn’t have buffalo drizzle on it, and my Parmesan Bites had NO PARMESAN.

This was an easy and great experience! All we were finding were pizza places that we could only order on line, and not able to ask questions. Domino's proved they still had very kind, helpful workers. Wish I knew her name. She was wonderful!

Ordered from here twice. First time was correct but no better than a frozen pizza. Second time we received a completely wrong pizza. $60 for a wrong order. They offered ma a credit but why would I order from there again?

Second time ordering from this store and compared to the other stores, their food quality is a lot better. It could be just because they're new, hopefully not and they keep this up. Usually when I get extra of anything from other stores, it's mediocre toppings still. The Eisenhower store did not disappoint.

Look they made a fine pizza, it is just the lack of attention to detail. They didn't look at the ticket and made it on auto pilot missing the special instructions not to put garlic on the crust. Annoying because garlic and onions flare my GI system. It isn't as big a deal as an allergy but it will be painful for me tomorrow. Lack of effort on their part has real world consequences for me.

To make matters even worse, I called to let the manager know my kids and I were sick and he said he couldn't return the money but could offer us more food. I said I would call corporate because something must've been contaminated in order for all of us to get sick about 1-1.5 hours after eating it. Wanted to argue about how it wasn't his doing. Well maybe not on purpose but I've worked at food places and know that storage of veggies etc can lead to contamination if not stored properly. Food looked and tasted good quality but hey we didn't get ourselves instantly sick after paying for the food. Have some empathy for a family that is super sick after eating your food instead of being rude acting like it's our fault. Thanks Josh. It's not about the refund. I have money but what I won't do is pay to get my kids and I sick!! I could've been like some of these people and threaten to sue. You food places need to do better ensuring food safety to prevent food poisoning! To could pay me $500 to make it better but at the end of the day, we're still sick from eating there. Hope you figure out what caused it instead of acting like we walked in like that. ?♀️

Very affordable food that is also delicious thankfully, and since I have certain digestive issues that keep me from enjoying regular pizza beans that I cannot eat original tomato sauce with my pizza, but thankfully Domino's figured out years ago that people like me still enjoy pizza, but cannot simply enjoy it the regular old way, and so developed my hands down favorite alfredo sauce to substitute good tomato sauce with my and my family's pizzas thank you Domino's for going above and beyond!
Dietary restrictions: Substituting tomato sauce for the Alfredo alfredo sauce with the pizza being that my Crohn's is just awful otherwise ? ....

So I love going to this domino’s the food quality was good and the customer service is great but today I got horrible food quality how can you look at this pizza and still box it up I’m very disappointed

This place actually sucks they always close early even if it says 12 a.m. they'll lock the doors at 11
My husband went in to pick up our order of two pizzas and two orders of lava cake. When he got there he gave my name and he was handed one pizza. He told them that we had ordered two pizzas and two orders of lava cake. The guy in the front insisted that we only had one pizza since they said that I had personally called in to cancel the rest of the order but that one pizza. No such thing happened, I never called. Then another girl jumped in and the two of them insisted that I had called and that he take home the wrong order, one pizza for 40-something bucks. These two were visibly upset that he wouldn’t accept what they said and gave him attitude. That’s unacceptable, how can you be wrong and then give the customer attitude? That was mind-blowing. Please focus people, that was crazy.
