Grabbed a couple donuts here this weekend. Unfortunately, they were surprisingly bad. The crueller was dry without much flavor and the lemon donut was terrible - actually crunchy on the outside. Hopefully they can improve their donut quality.

If you put out a new donut that only comes around 1 season a year, you might want to make sure you have an excess of both the donut and munchkin. It's barely 11 and you're out of both. Once again showing that management can't do their jobs, lazy and pathetic. The funny thing is, they could make them in house but refuse to do so. Pathetic excuse for a Donut/Coffee shop.

What can I say? It's Dunkin Donuts baby!! This DD was very clean, the service was good, and the drinks were consistent with DD standards. I had my usual - large coffee with cream and sugar. I normally drink my coffee black except for DD. It was fresh and delicious. My wife had the S'mores hot and it was also good. Overall, a good location to visit.

How far this place has fallen since i left ? to work hvac makes me wonder why this place still suck. There are so many better places for donuts and coffee. Lamar donuts is one of them!!

Just was in there. Didn't catch anyone's names, but everyone was so friendly and the service was quick. Had some technology issues, but the person helping me got it all sorted out. Great work and thanks a million
Seriously!!!?? When I pay almost $5 for a drink it should be right, even when the sticker on the side of the cup CLEARLY indicates what is to be inside!!!! 4 pumps of MOCHA does NOT come out white! I’ve ordered the same drink every day for a couple years now and WHY Dunkin’ employees feel that being lazy is ok. Ugh!

Wish I could say they are great but every time without fail (Ive been only 5 times because this keeps happening but it happens to my friends as well) something in my.order is either missing wrong or both. It's ridiculous how often I have to ask for a refund or my whole order. Staff needs to get it together. I understand it's difficult, I've worked fast food and costumer service. But this is beyond just a small mess up here and there, it's constant.
