Donuts are always fresh and the coffee smells great. The place is clean, bright and relaxing. The staff are friendly, kind and always helpful. My favorite everytime: Boston Creme!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Whoever is managing this store is very disorganized. This girl Lacie that worked there was the only one who knew what she was doing along with Logan and December. Store is going downhill.

Drive thru was broken and we couldn’t hear the lady. She then ran outside telling us to get out of her drive thru right now and she wouldn’t be serving us. Didn’t ask us if we could hear and honestly didn’t care at all. If you see a girl with a bonnet just leave cause you’ll probably get yelled at.

How can one totally destroy a DD glazed donut? By not completely glazing the donut & allowing it to dry out! Not up to the true standards of DD.

Super friendly and welcoming smile right as I walked in the door. Was so impressed with the cashier that I wanted to share praise with the manager and asked another worker to speak with them. Come to find out the manager was the cashier who did the impressing!!! Way to set an outstanding example and lead others in professionalism and friendly excellent customer service. You rock!

Donut holes were soggy with hardly any glaze. Clerk had no change except pennies... because I had almost a dollar coming back in change, she asked me if I wanted change back.... not the way to do business.

This is with out a doubt the worst unhappy rude crew I have ever seen. They are masters at ignoring you after they say welcome in. If this is owner owned show up once in a while. Rude rude employees.

I purposely avoided the location in Fort Collins and went out of my way to this location. I am so happy I did it. They assisted with my children's orders and didn't even see the slightest bit bothered.

We were driving through Loveland on our way to Yellowstone and stopped for breakfast on a Wednesday morning, upon entering the Dunkin Donuts we were met with a very bright atmosphere and matching personalities! The open floor plan is clean and spacious. The young man who took our order made us feel very welcome, he was happy and engaging which is very much appreciated at 7am.
The rest of the crew were smiling and talking with us while putting our order together. They are all young people and you definitely don’t find that kind of service or attitude from them nowadays, if you’re in the Loveland Colorado area this Dunkin Donuts is a must!!!
Oh and their food and coffee is amazing! Can you tell we like Dunkin Donuts!!

While pulling up thru drive thru lady was outside smoking a cigarette in front of the building, could smell it while ordering. Then was told to pull up in the back near door to wait for 2 stale donuts and a bagel, pulling back there and there was already 3 other vehicles back there. Seemed as no one wanted to work that morning! Definitely, will not be coming back and the other customers were frustrated as well as they drove off angrily. The customer experience was horrible!
