Manager or owner or whoever she was very rude and talked down to me like I was an idiot. I know how I like my coffee and while I was trying to order she kept interrupting me and talking over me. I finally got frustrated and left.
The lovely girl behind the counter was very kind and willing to listen but the other lady was making very difficult for her to do her job. Like how self centered do you have to be to talk down to customers and leave your new people alone behind the counter to fend for herself, she obviously didn't have very much training and needed direction, but there was no one there supporting her, and when she asked a question to her manager/owner lady, she talks to her like shes an idiot. DO BETTER.
Always friendly staff and interesting gifts. I've never seen it empty. There's always people meeting up and hanging out.
Always love stopping into their shop! Have received several beautiful deliveries from them throughout the years sent by friends or family. Last week, the delivery van pulled up on my Birthday & the sweetest delivery lady brought my bouquet up to the door! Terra Lynne exuded such kindness & joy! We shared some quick stories & lots of laughter! Thank you Earle's for your beautiful arrangements as always & the best bonus is your joy filled staff!!
Absolutely great coffee shop
Just discovered this awesome spot!
Great staff, awesome coffee! My favorite local Loveland coffee spot!
Tried the lavender London fog and LOVED it. Prices are good, staff was very nice! Plus they are per-friendly which is super nice considering I don’t go many places without my dog. Will definitely be back :)
Definitely my new favorite place! I love that you can reserve a private room free of charge; all they ask is that you purchase a coffee, which I'm here for anyway! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is great.
This is my go-to coffee shop. There is an attached garden/gift shop that the ladies will die for. The coffee is great and the atmosphere is inviting.
This is such a cute little coffee shop, the pumpkin muffin is so moist and the staff is very polite

I moved to colorado about 6 months ago and have been trying many different coffee shops. This is the first one ive left a review on. The workers were friendly and had a sweet genuine vibe. The shop itself felt cozy and comfortable, cute decor, and great food! Me and my boyfriend both got crossants. The price is about the same as starbucks but the food and drinks were way better. Definitely worth it!
Purchased a corsage last Tuesday for pick up Friday. Picked it up and it looks nothing like the picture, different beads used, white roses with browned edges on them and 1 blue flower instead of three like the picture had... ribbon was supposed to be navy/ midnight blue... picked it up and it's royal blue I called in and spoke with Kathy who said "don't you know when you touch a white rose it turns brown?" She was not apologetic or sympathetic and offered to "work on it". How can you work on something that looks dead? I went to Palmers with the picture from Earles website picture and they made it exactly like the picture... all the way down to right ribbon and beads. Won't be purchasing from here again.
The most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen arrived at my door. The flowers were rich in vibrant colors of reds, pink, yellows and purple. The added bonus, was the amazingly awesome vase they came in. Talk about a special feeling, thank you Earle's, you are TOP'S!
Relaxing kind and good coffee add some flowers to the mix and it's perfect for a break in the hustle and bustle of life
