Many months ago I had not so good service and, well i was very ill and thru to the next day. vowes to never go back. Today i revisited with a return visit to a restaurant that i have ate at so many times........simple street tacos,there was less meat........and...........again.......sickness. this is not the same food i remember from when i started dining here years ago.

Birria tacos were the best I’ve had in Loveland! So flavorful and the consume sauce was just as good as my husband’s homemade birria consume. Their salsa bar is also very good and hot!!! 🥵I really like house the El Jefe margarita. We will be back! Our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Loveland. Well done EL Cielo!

If you are to busy and can't handle the order volume made it would be best to just turn down customers. Instead you just take the business and make a bad experience for the customer

Extremely authentic Mexican food. It was delicious!!!
Amazing food, service, and setting! Loved the free chips and bean sauce, as well as multiple salsas. Super cute place. Had the street tacos, enchiladas, and tamales - all delicious. A michelada was refreshing after a hot day out.

Flexible prices? Bad math? I bought 2 mole enchelada meals and chips/salsa on 5/26 (carryout) total was $41.87. That included $2 tip 5 days later, I bought the same exact thing, total was $50.81, that included $2 tip) The food made me sick, so I threw it away. They refused to refund the difference.

Bartender was above rude and unacommadating. Not sure if she was the owner or manager for the shift. Never treated with such disrespectful attitude and service on a local level. I always try to support local businesses in Loveland, spend my $'s other than corporate. This senora was so rude and unaccomadating that I vow to never return. Food was great (crisp fried green chili relleno)...unfortunately, the bartender was sooo rude, even the great food won't bring me back to support them. If you dine there, best bet is to stay away from the bar. Enjoy the quality food in the dining room and stay away from the elder senora behind the bar....
