Used to love this place but since when did they switch the bread they use for sandwiches. I get food from both the Loveland locations and the fort collins location and they are different. By far recommend the fort collins location at the Loveland the bread is worse.

I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and when he finally brought it to to me, it was cold. The sandwich was cold and the fries was hard and cold. The guy that waited on us was nice and friendly but that's all. I will not come back for cold food. UPDATE: Gave me a gift card to make up for and gave it a second chance. This time food is hot and tasty. Thank you for making up for last time

On this day today Fat Shack in Loveland has failed 11:49 p.m. three customers walked out waiting on hostess to take order. At this point I walked out as well. I did not believe he was there to serve. Maybe next time will be better two stars just because I can't give my fat shack a one star.
Food and service was phenomenal! First time eating at this hidden gem in Loveland and I will definitely be back. Best burger I've had in a while and the dessert was delicious as well.

Outgoing, upbeat, and made the whole experience feel personal. The food? Outstanding. Hot, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a spot like this. Highly recommend it.
