For the record the price is for to buying two things to try. I bought the Angus cheeseburger meal and the Philly cheesesteak sub. The burger was undeniably delicious. When I don't have to add anything at home to a burger for flavor, tells you the meat was seasoned just right, and the buffet sauce was the cherry on top. The fries were cooked to perfection. As for the Philly, it was good, not the best I've had, but it's high on the list.
The atmosphere was very inviting for a girl just in the area visiting. Met the owner who walked me and my co-worker through the entire menu.

Today was the first time my family and I had ever been to a Shake Shack and we will for sure be going back!! The food was made fresh to order and it was amazing. Also, the customer service was probably the best service I have had in a long time. The atmosphere was so inviting and we ran into the owner. He was so nice and inviting and even got us some deep fried oreos since it was our first time there. I 10/10 would recommend coming to this location to get a very good eating experience and I cant wait to go back!!

I came into the restaurant around 10 pm and this gentleman helped us out and asked us if we needed anything. He helped us out greatly his name was TJ he seemed to be one of the cooks for the night !

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. While the staff WAS friendly, I was still disappointed because when I got home, one was a totally different sandwich. Tasted good anyways and was a lot of food that neither of us could finish, but it caused major stomach issues for both of us and we ended up throwing out the remainder of the sandwiches and decided to never eat their food again because spending 2 days of our vacation in the bathroom was NOT ideal.
The guy seemed very annoyed once me and my friends stepped in, he acted we disturbed his alone time at a place where it doesn't seem like it get that much business, the food was good tho but the employees could work on their attitude

Stopped in after a long drive from Missouri and Chaz was very welcoming and treated us amazing! We tried the Fat Shack, Fat Cow, Fat Chance, a burger and the deep fried Oreos! Very delicious! Restaurant was clean and all the staff were very friendly!

Honestly I know how it goes. Most people rather complain on Google than address the issue. Well, I want to say tonight 10/17/24 at about 8pm. I’ve only been to the Fort Collins location which is usually wall to wall with people and am just rushed out of the door. We were greeted and treated like the staff cared about our experience. The food was made in a timely manner and the gentleman was so kind to my daughter. We didn’t feel like cattle being herded in and out the door. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend my friends and family.
