Exceptional First-Time Experience!

Stopped into Firehouse Subs in Loveland, Colorado, and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The restaurant was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment right away. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. A special shoutout to Quentin, who went above and beyond to ensure my first visit was memorable—his customer service was top-notch.

The sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Plus, the cute fire hats for the kids added a thoughtful, family-friendly touch.

Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch with extra ranch online and get home to find mustard on my sub. Wtf?!? The ingredients are in the name!!! It shouldn’t be hard to read an online order and make the sub correctly.

Disappointing sub, seems like quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Seeing other reviews lately, it seems like I’m not alone with this sentiment. Sub was thrown together sloppily, hardly any substance on it given the cost. This used to be one of my favorite sub places. Clearly, they have done nothing to address their customer’s complaints, so I’m sure this review will also be promptly ignored. Really sad, won’t be going back.

Been here a couple times, this time may very well be the last. Received extremely poor service. Literally had to ask if I could order as 3 workers stood behind the counter talking to each other. One turned around and rolled her eyes at me like I was inconveniencing her as she took my order. I wish I could say this was the first time something like this happened but it’s not.

I haven't been here in a while, and was very disappointed by there steamer. The quality of meat was VERY FATTY they have definitely changed from good quality meat to crap! NOT worth the 30.00 for 2 people

This place used to be awesome and was worth the 52 mile round trip for us. The food is good, but the service isn’t even close to what it used to be. We went in at 3:00 pm on Sunday there were 2 customers already served and it took us about 20 minutes to get our order placed because the promo emailed to us had to be ordered on line. The website was running super slow and the manager wasn’t willing to help even though there was no one in line. Your priority appears to be the door dash and grub hub people and walk in customers are just taken for granted. The place has been dirty the last 5-6 times and most of the employees aren’t friendly as in the past. One employee there has little customer skills, I was told he is a manager. I can only say sir, maybe being a manager is not your calling. I’ve been in management for a customer service business for over 30 years and I’ve never seen a style like yours. Maybe you are great managing sandwiches but your employees are disengaged and you just appear to go thru the motions. The last few times I’ve been there and I walked thru the door and saw this manager I thought about stopping and going elsewhere and I should have. Sorry to say we won’t be back. Good luck
