Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I love this place so much. Its such a nice place for a family night or even spending some time with friends. They always get my order correct and the food always tastes amazing. Its always very clean in there as well! I have had so many fun memories at this place! The fry sauce is also really good! I like to come here after work and get some fries to go as a perfect night snack! The workers are also always so kind! Great food, great customer service!!!

Dietary restrictions: My mom is gluten free and loves the fries!

Parking: Plenty of parking even when its busy.

Ordered just a single off kids menu and a small drink. For some reason the price was more than posted. Nothing on their board was the over price I paid for either meal or single item....I didn't question because I didn't notice until leaving. Always check ticket here. Something seemed out of place

I cannot say enough good things about to team that is working tonight, October 19, 2024. The staff is amazing and truly adorable and the manager is impeccable! Such gracious people! And they stay on top of things. As a previous GM for other restaurants, I would hire this team without a second thought! I hope Freddy's knows just how good of a team they have here! For our first time visiting, their behavior will definitely bring us back. Keep up the excellent work!

We stopped here for ice cream. They only have their blended ice cream (concrete?) in one size and it is too much. I would love to be able to order a smaller size. It was also expensive for something I won’t be able to finish! I also did not think it tasted special, have had better ice cream elsewhere. They also messed up our order and service was quite slow.

This place has gone downhill in a hurry…. We love Freddy’s but this store gets our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I also work in fast food environment for years, so I get it, and I hate complaining but this store is just awful… we used to order here a lot but we rarely do because there’s no point…. Oh also we NEVER SEE management ever. I don’t know who is who in there half the time
