Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Got my order wrong and gave me the wrong sauces. Can we just go to order screens, please?! Human error gets my order wrong ALL the time!

Coming from the East coast, we dont have Freddy's over there. At least, not in the states that I've lived. So when I first came here nearly a decade ago, my fiance told me I HAD to try Freddy's, I was expecting the norm. Like any other fast food burger joint. But oh man, was I pleasantly surprised. The burgers are AMAZING, the fries are to die for, the desserts are delicious and the customer service has always been great for us. I'd eat here more often if my body could handle it!
My recommendation: The Jalapeño Burger. If you like spicy foods, its perfect! Its not too spicy but has enough kick to it to make your sinuses open up.

Ordered a double bacon on door dash. Got a cold jalapeno and cheese steak burger with no sauce. Missing a Pepsi. Never again

Usually have a decent meal here. This time my fries were so overcooked they were basically chewing sticks. Also went many times for carnivore style burgers and was always told a different price. Anywhere from $.30 to $2/meat patty. Definitely not worth that price for just a patty. When I mentioned the price differences to the manager she was rude.

The Prime Rib Steakbuger is UNBELIEVABLE! It’s pricy but so freaking good! That was my go to tonight and can’t wait to get it again! Great job guys and gals!

I honestly never really have issues at this location but today I ordered a large fry and it was barley full, which I know isn’t the norm so it was a bit disappointing.

The staff here is so wonderful. There was a mishap with our food and they corrected it right away without a complaint. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Burgers are absolutely delicious! DON'T get the fries! The staff was so sweet and friendly we almost didn't need dessert 😋
