Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We as customers matter. Our hard earned money matters. Thanks for validating that Freddy's is just another chain of stores where it's profit over people.

We stopped in today for a little treat for ourselves. Ordered a meal with a shake and another burger. But what we got was just a burger and a shake. Clearly the girl taking our order made a mistake, it happens. They gave us some fries and we called it even. We Sat down and tried to enjoy our food, however a staff member rudly interrupted us. As if that wasn't enough, another staff member did it again minutes later. Then I observed those same employees along with the first girl staring at us and clearly making rude comments amongst themselves.

I work in customer service and although I was disappointed that my husband didn't get the burger he wanted it was the best solution for us at the time. But for the staff to make an ordeal out of it was unprofessional and straight up rude. I have no intention on returning to this location.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, easiest to use the North entrance door as the main entrance has a two different doors to get through to get into the restaurant.

Just ate here with my family. Wow! Every staff member was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious. Cooked to perfection and was hot and fresh. Very clean dining area and restrooms. Ice cream was delightful.

Good food, reasonable prices, good service, friendly people. Very good onion rings and custard/ice cream. Nice clean place, but ambient sound is louder than I like it.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get the wrong order and cold food. This location used to be good years ago, but not anymore. 0/10, over priced, don’t recommend
