How does one order a Grilled Chicken Club sandwich (that comes with grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and a bun). I ordered my sandwich with no bun or lettuce and added pickles. How does this translat to grilled chicken with mayo and pickles only which is what I received.

We stopped in for dinner on Saturday, October 25th at around 6:30-7:00. The burgers were good, and we loved the onion rings. And the ice cream afterwards was such a treat! So, yes, I’m giving a good review on the food. But what I really came here to say is that Jared, who took our order, was delightful! So polite and helpful, and he actually made ordering our food fun. Is it fun ordering food? I never thought so before, but Jared made it fun! Good job, Jared! And we loved the music - all the oldies from back in our era!

This was my first time trying Freddy’s and it will probably be my last. I went through the drive-thru and the experience was terrible from start to finish. I was charged for the wrong order and given drinks that weren’t even mine. When I finally got my food, the burger was missing the toppings it was supposed to have — and worse, I found a hair fried into the meat. They gave me a replacement, but even that wasn’t what I had ordered. Overall, extremely disappointing and unsanitary. Highly dissatisfied and I don’t see myself coming back. (I tried taking the hair out but it broke off probably because it was cooked in, that's what you see on the bun toward the middle)
