I can give it to the staff for being kind, but they were extremely incompetent and it's ridiculous especially when they play with my life not listening to me when I tell them I have an ALLERGY. I went through the drive through and ordered a burger with lettuce wrap because of a gluten allergy and I come home to find they did not listen and contaminated my whole meal. I go back with my receipt and thankfully they made me a replacement meal, but the kicker is they forgot all the sauce and napkins :) It's ridiculous how many times you say something to the employees here and nothing gets fixed.

The best patty melts around and everything else is really good. The only exception is their hotdog; most I've talked to would prefer an actual bun instead of split bread.The desserts are also out of this world.

This rendition of Freddy's quickly won us over with "atmosphere" - one word for "everything but the food". The girl who took our order was genuinely friendly, and reacted as if my wife's coupon was the most natural thing in the world. When I picked up our food, I was thanked sincerely. About a half-dozen great oldies songs played while we enjoyed our meal. From my seat a poster with a couple of classic Mustangs and a '69 Charger improved the view. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. Somebody deserves a raise!The Freddy's Jalapeno Burger isn't my thing, nor are their toothpick fries, but I'm more than happy to give 5 stars to this obviously well-run restaurant.

When I first moved here this location was wonderful. I’m pissed apologies for saying that word I understand people have dogs, but they should have hair garments and gloves or something or routine where they use a lint roller. I literally just left the drive-through about 20 minutes ago I spent $38. Literally Wash my hands like crazy because of my touch of ocd. I sat down and open the container, and there was a piece of hair and something green that I can’t identify. i’m sorry, but a I’m am upset The half frozen fries tossed in the bag I excused but when I open the container. It’s a No. you can always tell what kind of food you’ll be served by the way the people at the window present themselves. This is all true. i’m devastated back in the day it used to be clean boxes juicy burgers, neatly organized fresh hot fries. I I’m turned off off. The last time I came here was just messy, but this is different

Not only do the toilets not flush, not only is the woman at the front in a bad mood which is on display for everyone to see, but the meal comes with a complementary 6 inch hair embedded in your meat! And when you bring it to who I presume was the manager he walks away (with the hair), talks to like, three people, and as I'm busy throwing out the remnants of my lunch, asks not if I want to be reimbursed for the food, but if I want a "combo card for my next visit!" I mean, I've gotta give the guy kudos for at least trying to make it right (which is the only reason he's not getting a 1), but you're kidding yourself if you think I want to try another hairburger, even if its free.

I really enjoy Freddy's! The food is different from the other fast food chains. Their fries are especially good and unlike standard fries everywhere else. The range of frozen custard items is large enough that we frequently go just for that!

App wouldn't let me redeem points. Drive thru worker appeared to put her mouth to a cup while making concrete or filling drinks. Hope she wasn't spitting in the food. Either way she shouldn't be drinking from an open cup while preparing food
