We used Fresh Plate and worked with Peyton. Everything was perfect! The food was not only beautifully displayed and looked fantastic, but it tasted as good as it looked. All the items were fresh, and delicious! Our service was great from start to finish.

Many thanks to Paetyn, Tracie, and their staff for fabulous dishes for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. My favorite was the butternut squash lasagne, but we received compliments from guests across the board-----food was a crowd pleaser!

We hired Fresh Plate to cater food and beverages (both alcoholic and non), at our wedding of ~95 people including vendors, and we were thoroughly impressed. They managed to create a mouthwatering brunch assortment that looked gorgeous, was 100% gluten free, easily accommodated our vegetarian and vegan guests, and tasted amazing. They can also make some mean (flavored) mimosas; our parents are still talking about them over a month later! It was also super convenient that they provided linens, napkins, dish ware, and lots of other catering accessories that might be easy for a stressed out couple to miss. I would highly recommend them, and hope to taste their food again in the future.

We worked with Fresh Plate catering for our simple wedding of less than 50 guests and overall had a good experience working with Tracie and the Fresh Plate team and the food was delicious. There were some communication challenges along the way including coordinator turnover without a handoff and times when it was difficult to get in contact with the team but when we were in contact everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. There were a couple of things that we had to stay on top of and correct in the invoice/final menu before the wedding, but Tracie very quickly made those corrections. Brooke and the catering team were excellent and we would recommend Fresh Plate to a friend.

Fresh Plate Catering catered an event for my company last Wednesday. The food was great - customer service not so much. They had setup for event around 5 pm last Wednesday and the lady who setup agreed to come back in the morning to clean up. We did not know we would have SO MUCH left over food, with of course no place to store it overnight to keep as cool as possible until they came and package up all the left over food, or so we thought they would. Well, with limited resources we put horse ice boots (we’re an equine rehabilitation facility) in the cooler they had left to keep the food as chilled as possible until the morning.Fast forward to last Thursday morning; not only did they not take our our ice boots (given, I guess that’s partially our fault for putting them there to begin with), but they also took the hundreds of dollar worth of food (probably trashed it), and left behind a large catering/serving tray.I called Fresh Plate and left a message right away Thursday and did not get a response. So I texted Monday, to which I got a response that they apologize and they’d look for the ice boots. Well I texted them again Tuesday late afternoon asking for an update, and have gotten radio silence.Food is great and all, but customer service and professionalism is where this business lacks. Will be using another business for future events.

Tracie and her wonderful team have always been such a pleasure to work with. They most recently helped me with and event called Comedy for Critters at The Atlas Theater in Greeley, CO. My wife and I used Fresh Plate Catering for our Colorado micro-wedding this past weekend and let me tell you - they were AMAZING! Being from out of state and planning a wedding, we were nervous about how everything would turn out, but Fresh Plate put our worries to rest immediately. Everything from communication, to planning, to the actual food itself was flawless. Lindy, our catering coordinator, along with Tracy were a blessing to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and was in constant communication with us leading up to wedding weekend. Lindy even went out of her way to pick up fresh floral decor to put on our wedding cake! And as a last minute request, we needed extra bar service and they were able to make it work for us. I seriously can’t say enough great things about Fresh Plate, and everyone at the wedding kept saying how delicious the food and desserts were. They will not disappoint!

Tracie and the team assembled a large and wonderfully diverse spread at an event we worked with as vendors together. Great variety of foods, dinner, charcuterie, appetizers, and desserts.

We were able to work an event recently in which Fresh Plate catered and the food was fantastic just as the staff. Everyone was very professional and Traci has dialed in how to have a functional team that works like a well-oiled machine.
