We utilized Fresh Plate Catering for our Rotary After Work BlackTie Bingo event. The food and service were exceptional. We had nothing but compliments from all of our guests. The planning and set up for the event was seamless with the help of Tracie. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout the entire event. They will be my go to caterers for all of my events. I would highly recommend them! Sending a million thanks to the entire team at Fresh Plate Catering.

We attended an Easter Brunch at Chair,Desk event center. Fresh Plate Catering was the caterer. I have never been so disappointed. The food was cold, over cooked and not much of it for $45! When I spoke to,the young lady in charge she said they dropped off the food and left. Do not hire this catering company!

I LOVE Fresh plate! I’m here…a lot. Maybe too much. They have great coffee, breakfast, and pastries but I think people sleep on their pizza and sandwiches! I’ve never had a bad experience here and if they are busy they make sure to follow up! Tracie is awesome and the rest of the staff are top notch and warm people. The HUB is a great location with seating inside AND great views and seating outside. There’s usually a mix of families, working professionals, retired individuals and young adults throughout the day. Highly recommend!

I'm incredibly impressed by Fresh Plate Catering and their HUB Cafe location. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly prepared food.
The menu offers an excellent variety of options, from hearty sandwiches and wraps to fresh salads and daily specials. What really sets them apart is their commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. Their portions are generous, and the presentation is always on point.

Speaking of catering, their catering service is exceptional. Everything arrives on time, beautifully presented, and at the perfect temperature. They're incredibly detail-oriented and make event planning a breeze.
The value for money is excellent - the quality and portion sizes justify every penny. The space is always clean, and they maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

We used Fresh Plate and worked with Peyton. Everything was perfect! The food was not only beautifully displayed and looked fantastic, but it tasted as good as it looked. All the items were fresh, and delicious! Our service was great from start to finish.

Many thanks to Paetyn, Tracie, and their staff for fabulous dishes for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. My favorite was the butternut squash lasagne, but we received compliments from guests across the board-----food was a crowd pleaser!

Paetyn did an amazing job! The food was outstanding!! Sooooooo many compliments! They were super responsive and set up and take down was very easy!! Please use her for your next party!!

We hired Fresh Plate to cater food and beverages (both alcoholic and non), at our wedding of ~95 people including vendors, and we were thoroughly impressed. They managed to create a mouthwatering brunch assortment that looked gorgeous, was 100% gluten free, easily accommodated our vegetarian and vegan guests, and tasted amazing. They can also make some mean (flavored) mimosas; our parents are still talking about them over a month later! It was also super convenient that they provided linens, napkins, dish ware, and lots of other catering accessories that might be easy for a stressed out couple to miss. I would highly recommend them, and hope to taste their food again in the future.

We worked with Fresh Plate catering for our simple wedding of less than 50 guests and overall had a good experience working with Tracie and the Fresh Plate team and the food was delicious. There were some communication challenges along the way including coordinator turnover without a handoff and times when it was difficult to get in contact with the team but when we were in contact everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. There were a couple of things that we had to stay on top of and correct in the invoice/final menu before the wedding, but Tracie very quickly made those corrections. Brooke and the catering team were excellent and we would recommend Fresh Plate to a friend.

Fresh Plate Catering catered an event for my company last Wednesday. The food was great - customer service not so much. They had setup for event around 5 pm last Wednesday and the lady who setup agreed to come back in the morning to clean up. We did not know we would have SO MUCH left over food, with of course no place to store it overnight to keep as cool as possible until they came and package up all the left over food, or so we thought they would. Well, with limited resources we put horse ice boots (we’re an equine rehabilitation facility) in the cooler they had left to keep the food as chilled as possible until the morning.Fast forward to last Thursday morning; not only did they not take our our ice boots (given, I guess that’s partially our fault for putting them there to begin with), but they also took the hundreds of dollar worth of food (probably trashed it), and left behind a large catering/serving tray.I called Fresh Plate and left a message right away Thursday and did not get a response. So I texted Monday, to which I got a response that they apologize and they’d look for the ice boots. Well I texted them again Tuesday late afternoon asking for an update, and have gotten radio silence.Food is great and all, but customer service and professionalism is where this business lacks. Will be using another business for future events.

Tracie and her team catered our wedding in September, and everything was fabulous. Her communication was pretty good throughout the process, and I started planning way in advance - we did our tasting almost a year out. At the wedding, everything was fresh and ready to go right on time. The butternut squash lasagna in particular was incredible! The servers who passed appetizers were great, as well. I would absolutely recommend Fresh Plate Catering for your wedding.

Tracie and her wonderful team have always been such a pleasure to work with. They most recently helped me with and event called Comedy for Critters at The Atlas Theater in Greeley, CO.
