I asked to sit my family in a booth away from the rest of the crowd, next to an older couple. The host said I could sit there so I did. One of the servers said I couldn’t sit there. It was ten feet from the booth they sat us down in. She got an attitude, told me I couldn’t come to a restaurant and tell them how to operate. I would have handed a huge tip to anyone who just served my family. I went out to have breakfast with my family, not to argue with staff.

I haven't been to the one in Loveland in a long time because the last few times, it was bad. However, this time it was all awesome! Great food, made just how we ordered it, awesome service, I was so impressed!! Definitely coming back!

Great food. But prices are to high. $40 for two people to eat breakfast. I didn't read the fine print on a breakfast special. Meals were $6. I didn't get that price it was only weekdays certain hours. So the same meal was $15.99 for each of us, and juice is $5.99 Completely to exspensive for 2 pieces of French toast 2 bacon. It really feels like every store every restaurant and grocery store is gouging prices. Gas, food everyone is gouging prices to the public. Since the pandemic everyone is jumping on board to raise prices. I know the buyers are getting over charged from their seller's and the public has to just except it. They are making it impossible for the majority of families to take their family out for a meal. Go to ihop to get the $6 meals. Just be sure to know the days and time they are available. At least that is a great deal for families and travelers..

Visited here on a Saturday morning. Place was steady, not busy. No wait. Restaurant was clean and we were sat at a table immediately. Server was quick and attentive. Pricing went up quite a bit from what I remember a year ago, but I guess that's normal these days. Came out to about 24 bucks each for a party of four.

went in 40 min before close, attendee was rude, basically asked us to leave. very disappointed in our trip to ihop. really wanted some breaky, had to settle for McDonald’s.😡
Walked in with approximately 50 minutes left until close. A friend group of ours with around 7 people. The waitress took forever to greet us, and told us they close soon. Gave us no option to be seated. Seemed unhappy and short with the fact we had walked in. Very disappointed, was hungry for some pancakes.

I went to eat a nice dinner with my family and the only one that was pleasant and kind was our waiter. Didn't catch his name. Think it was Jonny but everyone else had a complete attitude problem and mean mugging our table. Didn't greet us or even give a polite smile as we waited to be seated. Completely rude.

We went there tonight at 8:30, 8 of us and nobody else in the building eating.we were the only ones there.there was one waiter With a bad attitude upon entering one of my family memebers ask for kids menú because of surgery she said no she is not 12.as we were seated she was on her phone in the back.took 10 min to get drinks she came brought drinks stood at end of table and had us pass drinks she passed a cup of coffee and it spilled. Burned my daughter.she stood there and i said can i have a towel while we were grabbing napkins.she came back with a rag told us to clean up and walked away.all 8 of us got up and walked out.there was no excuses we were the only ones in the building.
