I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Big juicy (boneless) wings, properly cooked and good flavor!My new favorite wing restaurant and I will definitely buy again in the future.I ordered the wings via Grubhub on the NFL championships, the wings were prepared quickly, the order was correct, well packaged and absolutely delicious.Thank you! Finally good wings ! "It's just wings" is a Wing stop and Wing shack killer.

Eleven of us stopped by after a class we were in and had drinks, chips and salsa. Our wait person, Justin, was magnificent!!!! He handled all of our orders cheerfully and efficiently and was most accommodating. Splitting the bill was challenging, but Justin was a magician in dividing it up accurately and helping us pay separately. If you ever dine at this restaurant, be sure to ask for Justin. You will not be disappointed!

Ordered 2 - 12 Bone In Wing combos through Door Dash. Pull up for pick up, and no one comes outside. Even though the app and signs say hang tight well come to you. A guy did come out and deliver food to the car sitting beside me but did not acknowledge me even when I yelled out to get his attention. I walked in the store, no one saw me. I stood there for a minute waited to catch someone’s attention which didn’t happen. I saw my order on the rack so I took it and left. I come home. Food is cold and instead of 24 bone-in wings. I have 24 boneless wings. I called and waited for someone to answer for 3 minutes only for no one to answer the phone. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
