Ordered large coleslaw and 2 legs that took almost 10 min has 2 get another slaw another 8 min no customers ,just a manager who talks to much and does nothing but stand around. The young ladies were working filling Thanksgiving orders. Do better,

Every KFC order has been made as I ordered it. Friendly on the drive up. The window employee in the evening could be more polite.The window employee at lunch drive thru was very polite. Order was correct, fresh and tasty.

I just went into the store I was in the Drive-Thru I ordered my food when I got to the window they told me they didn't have the items and they would have to refund it the manager came up to the window and she was refunding the items not really talking to me more or less scolding the two employees at the window I told her I only wanted a refund for the items they didn't have she looked at me and said I am doing that proceeded to roll her eyes and hand me my money when I got my food the food was not correct I got frustrated I took my food and I left please not that if you eat here it seems like they are stressed out and overworked and the manager takes it out on you to the two young gentlemen at the window I hope you have a great day and I'm sorry your boss sucks

They shut down the kitchen as soon as we got to the store after placing the order an hour in advanced and called before we placed the order. They said they close at 11PM. IT'S FREAKING 9:54PM!!! KFC DO YOUR FREAKING JOB!!

Worst meal of my life. The nuggets are dried out and chewy, the biscuit was hard and crumbly and the fries were too salty. I did not receive the butter or honey for the biscuit and I asked for ketchup and sauce for the fries and nuggets and was not surprised to get neither. It’s like they hate people here and are actively trying to ruin peoples food.

Drain out the beef that make tacos and burritos. NO ONE wants a soggy taco or burrito. 9 out of 10 times the food is crap. Wasted 27 bucks because they can't take 1 second to drain the liquid out of the beef.
