Worst meal of my life. The nuggets are dried out and chewy, the biscuit was hard and crumbly and the fries were too salty. I did not receive the butter or honey for the biscuit and I asked for ketchup and sauce for the fries and nuggets and was not surprised to get neither. It’s like they hate people here and are actively trying to ruin peoples food.

Drain out the beef that make tacos and burritos. NO ONE wants a soggy taco or burrito. 9 out of 10 times the food is crap. Wasted 27 bucks because they can't take 1 second to drain the liquid out of the beef.

Grabbed a Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving and it was great! I ordered and paid on Monday and then walked in on my appointment time on Thanksgiving to a lovely baked bird, in a bag, nicely wrapped in foil and in a pan to reheat, with reheat instructions. Probably a 15 pound bird, was really flavorful and moist.

Ordered food for take out inside the building instead of going through the drive thru that way I could read the menu better. As I waited, I saw at least 10 people go through the drive thru with no other customers inside the restaurant. I asked multiple employees for help, and none of them knew even what my food was. Clearly prioritized drive through over inside orders which is incredibly frustrating. Didn't get anything comped or free, and my order had no customizations. Waited for 20 minutes for a $18 order
