Spoiler ALERT.... Take precautions when purchasing at this location. We got Spoiled mashed potatoes, they smelt and tasted like cow compost. Soo Gross🤢! This is a huge Indication that these mashed potatoes are not being stored properly hint temperature or other reasons and can contain serious food safety issues. We returned with them and was helped by Tyler who was understanding and offered to make something else. So we did the potato wedges, however the individual that was making/handling them was coughing badly and not wearing any gloves which made me even more nervous to eat their food. So I do NOT recommend this location.

Sunday 8/31 went in about 11:30 am all the tables dirty ...and the food was cold and taste like it was from the night before..and took a long time to get,..no silverware or napkins in the bag ... pretty ridiculous anyways but especially for only being open for a hour and a half...get it together!!!

Had a craving for fried chicken. Went thru the drive up and ordered 6 pieces of chicken. At the window he said the total was $17.53. I said for what? He told me that they didn’t have a la carte chicken. Went back yesterday to talk to the manager. He said that they charged me for 2 meals and I said where’s the rest of my meal and sides? He got short with me. I will never ever go back to KFC!

I would not ruin my name by selling under sized chicken pieces. My chicken leg had less meat than a wing . I remember when you sold quality food.
The chicken was soggy and overcooked. Never going back.

I think this kfc is the most clean, on time, and most fresh kfc, the other kfc here in Loveland is dirtier and nowhere near as fresh. The staff here are amazing and everyone treats the customers with kindness and care. They messed my orders up a few time but have always been cool about fixing the problem I never needed a refund for it.

I ordered a number 8 which came with two sides and they took it upon themselves very incompetent and gave me a four-piece meal not what I ordered very unprofessional service. Don't order at the KFC in Loveland if you want your order to be correct.
