It’s the worst experience I have ever had in a drive thru. My app said they have a certain combo but when I got there they don’t. I said ok just a sec. Than another person gets on the speaker and is rushing me and I say sarcastically do you need me to back up out of the drive thru and he said yes that would be great since we have a time limit. I think this is crazy you need to rush your customers. So I back up and than I called to speak with a manager but was told by the same guy they don’t have one in the store but have a supervisor ( I doubt he was one). When this guy got on the phone he just argued we me and was rude as hell, until I just hung up on him. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. I GUESS KFC IS SOOOOO BUSY THEY CAN LOOSE A BUNCH OF BUSINESS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The service was fast and helpful and it was nice eating inside
Chicken on sandwich was juicy and had amazing flavor but it was spongy and barely crispy. Nuggets had zero crisp, flavor was like a nugget from a frozen walmart bag, fries had way too much seasoning but good, drive thu was quick and fast, the vanilla cream Pepsi was also really good. For the price its a solid 7/10. Poppies was better overall but gave me horid food poisoning after. This did not so a pass for me, would recommend.
