I placed my order through the drive thru and got home to realize that half my order was missing. I called and was told they would make it fresh for me and I would get a refund. I ordered a Famous Bowl and the three peice meal. The bowl was what was missing. When I arrived I was handed the bag and it was not made fresh. When I asked about the refund the young man with glasses and dark hair threw $5 at me. He was rude and very unprofessional. If this is the type of people you hire I will no longer patronize this establishment.

Santana was the one that took our order not only was he nice but he was very courteous when I told him I was there the time before that and they forgot my cake he didn't hesitate to make sure I had one before I left he also was very speedy about getting the food out to us. I've never had any problem with this KFC and I do intend to keep eating from here.

Rude! Drive back because thought they gave me wrong food but I messed up! So I ordered four of our pieces of regular chicken and it cost me $11 and I questioned it and the cashier became ugly! So won’t be back to LOVELAND KFC again

Just got home after ordering a 12 piece tender combo through the app. And there were no sauces when I made sure to order extra... Not even the 6 sauces ordered with the combo came with it.. it was super depressing when I was somewhat excited to try the new comeback sauce...

Just wanted to say that the man running your drive though today, had excellent customer service skills. Offered us to try your delicious apple poppers for dessert. Everything turned out great. We haven't been there in a long time, but will definitely come through again soon. Thank you for a great experience and for cooking dinner for us this evening.

Ordered a 3 piece meal through Door Dash and the delivery was great but the food was not so great. The chicken was so dry it was pretty much like chewing jerky. I have been eating at KFC for years and have never had thus problem before. Thinking it is just this location or that it was closing within the next few minutes. Needless to say I want my money back or a credit so I can reorder at a different time.
I work here and I love it the food is delicious and the staff is great if anyone is looking for a good hardy filling meal come on in and ask for Isavel and I’ll take great care of ya ?
Vegetarian options: We have great coleslaw and corn thats delicious and fresh
Kid-friendliness: We’ve got a 5pc kids meal that comes with applesauce and milk that you can trade out for a fountain drink or a different side
Wheelchair accessibility: We have a wheelchair ramp right next to the door along with handicap parking

This was my best trip to any chicken place ever. Our server, Gabrial, was the kindest, most personable, most helpful server that I have ever had at a fast food establishment. The food was five stars, but the service shone through so much that I could not help but smile all the way from in the door to out. Shout out Gabrial!!! I hope at least one other person can find this kind of service here because it elevated my day and my week.
