I think this kfc is the most clean, on time, and most fresh kfc, the other kfc here in Loveland is dirtier and nowhere near as fresh. The staff here are amazing and everyone treats the customers with kindness and care. They messed my orders up a few time but have always been cool about fixing the problem I never needed a refund for it.

I ordered a number 8 which came with two sides and they took it upon themselves very incompetent and gave me a four-piece meal not what I ordered very unprofessional service. Don't order at the KFC in Loveland if you want your order to be correct.

I placed my order through the drive thru and got home to realize that half my order was missing. I called and was told they would make it fresh for me and I would get a refund. I ordered a Famous Bowl and the three peice meal. The bowl was what was missing. When I arrived I was handed the bag and it was not made fresh. When I asked about the refund the young man with glasses and dark hair threw $5 at me. He was rude and very unprofessional. If this is the type of people you hire I will no longer patronize this establishment.

Santana was the one that took our order not only was he nice but he was very courteous when I told him I was there the time before that and they forgot my cake he didn't hesitate to make sure I had one before I left he also was very speedy about getting the food out to us. I've never had any problem with this KFC and I do intend to keep eating from here.

Rude! Drive back because thought they gave me wrong food but I messed up! So I ordered four of our pieces of regular chicken and it cost me $11 and I questioned it and the cashier became ugly! So won’t be back to LOVELAND KFC again

Just got home after ordering a 12 piece tender combo through the app. And there were no sauces when I made sure to order extra... Not even the 6 sauces ordered with the combo came with it.. it was super depressing when I was somewhat excited to try the new comeback sauce...

Ordered a 3 piece meal through Door Dash and the delivery was great but the food was not so great. The chicken was so dry it was pretty much like chewing jerky. I have been eating at KFC for years and have never had thus problem before. Thinking it is just this location or that it was closing within the next few minutes. Needless to say I want my money back or a credit so I can reorder at a different time.
