Just had a wonderful experience will Paul. I got off work later and my teenage kids were wanting KFC. I arrived 30 minutes before close and Paul gave the best service I have received at this location. This location is luck to have an employee that cares so much about providing great service. I will be back just because of Paul.

I had a fantastic experience at KFC recently. Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing time, we were greeted warmly and served with fresh, delicious food by a dedicated employee named Paul. His kindness and attention to detail made our visit exceptional. It's reassuring to know that even near closing time, This KFC maintains high standards of service and food quality. Paul's exemplary customer service deserves recognition, and I'll definitely be returning for more tasty chicken and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

I was grossly overcharged tonight 3/11/24 charged 18$ for two sandwiches and a side not cool should have been 13$ i received no receipt after asking for one. really disappointed and they were out of biscuits this was a terrible experience

I tried! I tried very hard and even called you before our order was picked up. I was wanting our order to be accurate. Last two times we got an eight piece bucket and got four thighs, two drumsticks, and two wings. This time (even though I called you and you reassured me) there were still three thighs and the chicken we got was wet and just awful. I’m done with this Loveland KFC as they are absolutely disgusting

They've gotten my order wrong the last 2 times I've been there.
This year has been very chaotic for my family so we opted to try something new and easy for Thanksgiving. We nervously went all in on the Thanksgiving meal at KFC... We were mostly nervous as we did not have a back up plan for our family & guests if something went wrong and were little hesitant going the fast food route.. This is where Paul and April @ KFC came in... I explained my needs and my fears. They assured me and helped me order my Turkey Meal. Come pickup day I was greeted by Paul at 2pm, our agreed time. My meal was ready, packed nicely and Paul even helped me load it all up. The meal was great and to my surprise the Turkey was absolutely perfect!!! All that food for roughly 120 bucks was incredible! Thank you Paul and April for your great customer service! We will be back next year!

Will never go to this KFC location again. They repeatedly forget to put things in your bag and so when I go in to pick up mine and my co-workers orders I asked to check and make sure that everything's in there. This time Todd at the counter barked at me that it's in the bag and walked away. So I felt uncomfortable and went out to my car to check and make sure that everything was in the bag. And of course two of the dips that my co-worker paid for were missing.So I went back in and I said the dips you told me were in the bag aren't in there. Instead of responding and a customer service manner of here's some dips for you. He says yes they are. With attitude. I said no they're not and he responded with my manager, put them in there and walked towards the manager instead of trying to resolve the situation by giving me two sauces.So I went out to the car grab the bag of food, brought it back in and asked him to find the dipping sauce. Instead of doing that he told me I wasn't supposed to open the bag. The bag that I purchased and it is for my co-worker for lunch. What the hell is going on here? Then he throws two sauces in there and the owner manager Paul comes over and sticks up for him and tells me he's a nice guy.His nice guy would rather be on his cell phone which is what he was doing when he walked away from me the first time instead of checking to make sure that all the food was there.Owner Paul heard the end of the conversation where I was upset for being treated so disrespectfully and stuck up for the employee and I said did you hear how he talked to me before and he goes no but he told me. Well he lied to you.As I walked out the door, Paul decided to yell some things at me like well. We made it right for you so don't let it ruin your day.So glad you guys think that you can treat women like that.We will put our money where our mouths are going forward.ALSO the chicken was dry and gross. So sealed the deal.
