Excellent service and food was great. Highly recommend
Best sushi in town! Alaska roll is amazing.
Good food. The lunch special is the best bang for your buck!
We ordered take out, the salmon nigiri is always a favorite, however; the Tuna nigiri was extremely fishy… we didnt even eat it. People could get sick.
Fresh food and friendly service
The sushi was DELICIOUS and the presentation was a 10/10. I was in town for a work trip but would definitely return!
Love Kobe Sushi. We go all of the time
Amazing sushi, the best in Loveland. We got the happy family and chai hong roll. The chai hong was incredible and very fresh, wrapped in cucumber. They have great miso soup and we love the ginger fresh salad. 10/10 this place is always so great and consistent! We love Kobe sushi
Clean, quiet, and delicious sashimi cant say that there is a better sushi restaurant in town!
We didn’t dine in, so the food is the sole focus of this review.
For the cost of the meal, this was very disappointing.
Everything we had was no better than average and much of it ended up in the trash.
The house salad is hard to get wrong, unless the dressing is tasteless and it was. The sashimi (yellowtail and escolar) was “chewy” and fresh fish should never be “chewy”. The rock shrimp was bland and was overcooked (“chewy”). The rolls (yummy and avalanche) were the best thing we ordered and they were barely average. When $40 worth of food ends up in the trash, I dare say we won’t be going back.

Although everything was great until that moment, the staff brought the bill without us asking, as if they were saying, “Get up and leave.”

If you were to drive off the freeway, go to a strip mall, and see a random sushi place in northern colorado, how good do you think it would be?
If you are the forever optimist you would enter telling yourself you found some hole in the wall that bill become your new go to place. You won't write a review about it cause youndont want it to be instagrammed to death and want your little secret to stay in your front pocket. But more likely- staistically your secret and its sushi would be medicore - maybe even worse- and when you got the bill would be asking yourself, "why did I think this was a good idea?" That pretty much sums up Kobe sushi: a Japanese restaurant masking as a Chinese Asian all in one stop with a fish tank, random Asian decor, with really average bland flavors... think sushi but stuff you got at MCR. Surprisingly a fair amount of people go there? Maybe they were like me and hoped food would be different than the free stuff at the hospital.
I spent 50 bucks for sushi and tempura i could have bought at sprouts or whole foods - and that is not saying much if you like sushi. Just save yourself the time and go to in and out next door.

One of the, if not the best sushi I've had in a long while. The food was delicious and the service was great.
The price on the other hand is a bit much compared to what you get.

All in all, the food was okay. I ordered the crab only to be served fake crab, white fish. The wait staff and atmosphere were very good. I'm not sure if we will return.
