Love Kobe Sushi. I am obsessed with the bento box, I always get the teriyaki salmon. The staff is amazing and they make me feel at home. Super clean and cool decor. I try to dine here at least twice a month. Recommend to family and friends.

The food was quite good and they brought us a free sushi roll.
We got there when it opened and someone sat us, I got an impression they were the owner, and that the waitress hadn't arrived yet. We got no additional service or acknowledgment until the waitress got there, probably about 10-15 minutes later. Then everything was good.

I actually ordered this via DoorDash. I almost never eat out anymore because food quality at so many places has gone down so much and the prices are so high. Kobe is absolutely an exception. While I paid more than I typically would for a meal like that, it was well worth it. Everything was made correctly with real care, tasted fabulously fresh, and they even included a side salad and a miso soup. I'm very picky about fried rice, and theirs is definitely one of the best I've had. The fish in the sushi also seemed very fresh. The best part is it came in this cute little reusable, foil-lined tote bag! Very impressed and will definitely eat here again. Take it from a SUPER picky person about quality, you won't regret it at this place.

6 piece roll was 18.00 this was very small and a lot to pay for 6 pieces . There is great sushi in Fort Collins most of the places are very good there. I will not go back to this place. Really most people are not going to take a date here for this or your family. Nope

The sushi was comparable to most others I've had in Northern Colorado so it was way overpriced here for the quality. At such a nice restaurant with such expensive prices on their menu it was ridiculous that they don't have any real chopsticks and expect you to have a fine dining experience using disposable trash.

I had my Birthday dinner there and it was amazing! The food and service was great, they sang to me! The food was on point and very fresh we had a boat of sushi and sashimi . Very nice and the sushi rolls were delicious too! 11/12/25 I will be back!
